Horrible business to go to. I cleared everything for my knee brace script with blue cross. Knew exactly what i was able to order and what my percentage was. Went in, got fitted, chose the brace that I wanted. I had to email them a week and a half late because i had heard nothing. The girl from W and F said that my insurance wouldnt cover a specific brace and I had to get the downgraded version. So I called Blue Cross to verify with them and to find out why. Well we ended up on 3-way call with W and F and the girl tried to tell me that oh your insurance covers it but we aren’t willing to order that brace because of the cost. I told the girl to re-read her email. She tried to blame it on the insurance company for the cost instead of w and f not wanting to order. I am waiting to hear from Binsons… And also waiting for them to send me back my prescription. Horrible horrible horrilbe. Trying to blame the insurance company when in fact its them who doesnt want to pay. Sadly the upgraded brace is only $ 40more. I say go somewhere else if you need any medical equipment…

I had a horrible experience at Wright & Filippis. I scheduled an appointment, came in and was fitted for Orthotics. They told me that they would be ready in a couple of weeks. When I called back, they told me they were having billing issues and that it would be a bit longer. I found this very odd since I had met my deductible for the year and was told on two occasions that there would not be a charge. Very shortly after they contacted me to tell me they were in. When I tried to schedule an appointment(Early December), I was told that the doctor that I saw had left the company and they were having difficulty scheduling an appointment for me. The next available appointment was Jan 2. I arrived, on January 2nd, and it didnt even seem like they knew I had an appointment. I picked up my orthotics and went home. Months later, I received a bill. When I contacted them, they said that I had received it because I picked up my orthotics in the next calendar year. I expressed how upset I was that I had tried to accomodate them and I received a bill for it. They told me that I would not have to see the doctor that I saw originally and that it was my fault that I could not schedule the appointment. I didnt pick the doctor, nor did I care who I saw. I couldnt even tell you his name. I live 1.5 miles from this location and was off work the entire last 2 weeks of December. There was no reason why I could not pick up the orthotics. They told me that there was nothing they could do. I would never/will never go back to this business and I would recommend the same to anyone that asks. Dont get ripped off like I did. Done

Pretty surprised to find out that they are no longer carrying Diabetic supplies and all my info was shared with USMED without my approval. Medical information is really private and I think as patients we should be told prior to having information shared with a 3rd party we did not know.

Came in for a breast pump that was covered by our insurance. I called, told them what my insurance was, and they hooked me up with one. Only four stars because I didn’t have any options.
