Purchased a new setting for my diamond, worked with Dan Dolby he was nice and no pressure. super great experience. The store is under new management and it shows. :)

This place is the worst. Do not under any circumstances shop here. I was a loyal customer for years until now.
On September 5^th my husband bought me a bday ring. I took it back to exchange the size and was told it was special order and would take 2 weeks. No problem. The sales girl «orders» it while telling me how they will call when it comes in. I left thinking everything was fine and I’d get a call in 2 weeks.
Fast forward 2weeks and a couple days. I call them… no answer. Call later… no answer. Call later someone answers. I explain I’m calling to check the status of my exchange order. They have no idea what I’m taking about. They take my name and number and say someone will call back. Couple days go by no call.
My husband calls a few days after that and surprise they have no idea what he is taking about. Susan tells him «oh the size your wife ordered is not available». Wow someone… anyone could have done the right thing and called to tell me that but ok here we are now what.
Susan tells my husband she is ordering it in the next size I asked for. Fast forward 3 weeks and guess what… no call… no ring… no one knows anything about it.
Are you kidding me Jared? You are an embarrassment. I feel foolish having spent money here. I recommended you to my friends. When people said oh no I don’t buy anything from there I go to Sommerset. I always thought why. I got good service and was happy. Well not anymore and never again will I waste my time or money with you incompetent people who have no idea what customer service is.
You should be ashamed of this and want to make it right so you don’t loose a customer but instead you asked for my name and number so someone else who has no idea what’s going on can not call me back.
What a joke this place is. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else to buy your jewelry.

My first and last purchase occurred here today. A two hundred dollar purchase quickly turned into a six hundred dollar purchase. A piece of jewelry marked down so we decided to have it customized. The sales person cleverly removed the discount. Effectively doubling the cost and then some. Service was great but this cancels out the bottom line in customer loyalty and trust. See ya!

Glad he went to Zales instead. I came in an hour before close and they seemed in a rush to get my out. I was looking st engagement rings and he was trying to convince me that I NEEDED both a ring and a band to be «normal» I guess. The prices were crazy. The best thing I got out of it was my ring size and an identical ring at zales for $ 1,000+ less! He also kept writing down the wrong style number so I could never find the ring on their website.

I am very dissatisfied with the ring for engagement. The setting was crooked and poorly attached to the band. The ring is not worth the price I paid. I would not recommend shopping here!
