Pump It Up

I took my 1 year old and 3 year old during open jump time for 6 year olds and under. They both had a great time, but especially the 3 year old. I didn’t have to worry about them getting trampled by bigger kids. The staff members were extremely friendly, courteous and accommodating. It’s a great indoor activity when the summer heat is at its worst. I will definitely go back!

Had a bday party here for my son and chose the pirate package; we were very happy. It went off without a hitch, it’s very easy to just have fun with the kiddos and relax while they take care of everything.
The place is always clean and the staff was helpful and accommodating. I’d highly recommend it.

First of all, when I walked in to Pump it Up, I was amazed at how clean it was! The colors are bright and cheerful and everything seems so organized. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate any of the needs I had. My children love Pump it Up and we will be going back as much as we can!

Went as a party guest twice. Very impressed. Clean, organized & very nice. Lots of supervision. Can’t wait to have a party!

We have had many kids’ parties here, been to many friends’ kids parties, come to pop-​in playtimes, attended Jump-​n-​Art camp for two summers in a row, and recently I had my husband’s 50^th birthday there. I am truly an experienced reviewer, and this place and its staff NEVER have let me down!
The facility is huge, clean and well-​maintained. The food catered for parties is very good (pizza and Italian food) and you can’t beat the price. But the best part is the staff! They take such good care of you, from setting up the party to helping you out to your car at the end of the event.
I really enjoyed thinking «Outside the box» with the staff when it came to planning my husband’s 50^th. We had a wonderful italian dinner for adults in the party room while our kids bounced away in the arena, then all came together for cake and festivities at the end. They gave me ideas for decorating and for putting together a menu that was pleasing to all. I encourage people to consider PIU for more than just kids’ parties!
We will be back for sure. Best value, best staff for any party or event in the Fresno area!

One of the best places to experience in Fresno! I have gone four times. My sister had here childs birthday party here. We had to leave early one time, my three year old was crying we were almost out of the building when the owner asked if he got a goodie bag? He went and grabbed a bag full of goodies and his tears turned to a smiley face. We will continue to go to this location and suggest you do as well. Every time we go we have a blast. staff are always very nice. overall yes!

Lost birthday boy’s gift. General manager and owner did nothing to apologize didn’t offer discount or anything. Employee says it happens all the time… Really wow! It shouldn’t! Broke their own policies of not handling gifts. Not a good ending to the party. The parent and child that brought gift was very embarrassed and upset they lost her gift. Owner and general manager didn’t even want to call the parent of birthday boy and talk to them. Instead they got a run around about how they will get the already opened gift back from the other people in the next 2 – 3 days. Will never go back! Oh and the girl at counter LIED to us and said unjust talked to one general manager and now I am going to call a second GM. Another girl said we only have 1 GM. She was really calling the owners. Just say your calling owners! Why lie! Don’t waste your time having a party here! $ 60 gift lost! SMH
