Several of my parent’s friends have had bad experiences there. My parents have been harassed by the marketing department, even after they were specifically and directly asked to NOT call. They also very unethically violated a requested confidence. They seem WAY too desperate for business, which is probably because they aren’t able to get business with less aggressive practices.
