Homewood Suites by Hilton

So I will begin by saying that I am a business traveler and stay exclusively with Hilton properties. Some are great. Some are so-​so. This place is excellent!
The five stars is for customer service. While the hotel is newer, clean, easily accessible, cozy rooms and so on, the service is EXCEPTIONAL!
I arrived Monday night and immediately upon check in has hit with a sever bout of food poisoning from a DFW restaurant. The staff treated me as if I were family and I was sick in my own home. Gatorade, crackers, Tylenol, chicken broth and a get well card was sent to my room. A few hours later, more fluids were sent. Then clean towels. Then some hours later, a call from the GM asking if I had improved. At that time, I had not. But being away from home with food poisoning was horrible. The only comfort I could find was that the staff was very caring and thoughtful about by health!

I stayed here expecting the usual from a regular hotel like this. I was surprised at how nice and new it is. Very well located. It’s clean! Dinner was awesome (salad night!), enjoyed some wine, and the pool was clean and sunny. I slept well and had a wonderful stay. Staff was very nice and accommodated my early check in and late check out. Nice fancy Italian restaurant right next door, and across the street is lots of food places and a Publix. I would come back for sure!

This is the second year in a row that I’ve stayed here. The rooms are new, clean and HUGE! The lobby is clean and modern. The staff is always helpful. Across the street is a shopping center with a couple of fast food restaurants. The by pass and interstate are quickly accessed. I highly recommend staying here.

Do Not stay at this Hilton Property or any Hilton… They are a rip off and will steal you blind… Do not give them a credit card for a reservation they will steal your money instantly… They stole $ 127 from me and won’t refund… Shame on Hilton Corporate for Ripping off people and stealing their Money…

Now at the top of my list for stops to Florida! This hotel was perfect in every way! Dinner served, supreme breakfast, clean, fresh, friendly!

We’ve stayed at the Homewood Suites twice now: Once here, and once in Orlando/​Longwood.
I also happen to be a Hilton Honors member, as are my brother and sister-​in-​law who stayed the weekend with us.
Booked two non-​smoking rooms with King Beds. A very nice setup, although this floor plan was a bit different than most we’ve stayed in. A tad smaller, although very comfortable.
Didn’t wake up in time for the breakfast any day during the weekend, so I can’t comment there.
We slept in, so the «Do Not Disturb» was left out. The one difference here is that if you leave out the DND in Longwood, they leave a compliment of towels hanging on the door. That was very much missed here.
As a result, we did ask the front desk for towels, and we were barely in the room before someone dropped them off, hot from the dryer.
A friendly front desk and very nice stay here.
Notes: If you are standing directly outside the door, you can hear people talking. In bed at night, I didn’t hear a single sound, nor anyone in the hallways.
We’ll be keeping Homewood in mind on our future out-​of-​town visits.

Very clean and spacious rooms. We have stayed here 4 nights over the past 6 months and have not been disappointed. Free hot breakfast, free wifi, DVD player in every room, and nice kitchen.

Not the best stay. This is a loud hotel. You can hear every word of the conversation of the people in the suite next to you. And at 12:30 am it makes you want to pound them. The beds were not very comfortable and please tell me WHY hotels make double beds instead of queen beds the standard!!! Americans are BIG people. Not just a bunch of fat asses but we are very TALL compared to many other countries. So WTH is with the hotel industry??? The pull out was of course not comfortable — Are they ever? And we had no bedding for it. Had to call the front desk. They did have a nice breakfast in the morning to try to help build you up after your terrible night of uncomfortable sleep. This is their only positive.

Great value. Clean comfortable friendly staff. Free breakfast everyday. Free dinner with drinks monday to thursday, but didnt really think much of the food. But still the offer is definitely appreciated. Room cleaning wasnt spectacular, but took care of the basic necessities. Rooms are good size, beds are comfy.

We stayed here on a long trek home. I was impressed, it was clean, affordable, roomy and had all the amenities. Only thing I would change is t.v. size. They were small, but the hotel provided DVD players and complimentary DVDs, you hardly ever see that anymore. I didn’t partake of the complimentary breakfast though, so I couldn’t tell you how that was.

I really like it here. It’s not a super high-​class hotel, but as the name says, it’s suites. Check-​in took less than 5 minutes. The woman gave us the code for wifi, offered us complimentary movies which were all laid out on a shelf, and asked if we wanted a wake up call. She was very polite. I tried to get my room free of charge by telling her I owned the hotel. It almost worked. But not quite.
