Worst experience I’ve ever had with a cellphone company. Customer service is atrocious. After waiting half an hour with no acknowledgement, other people came in to be helped. They were immediately greeted by an associate. Another associate pointed out that we had been waiting longer but they took them anyway. Avoid this location at all costs.

LITERALLYTHEWORSTEXPERIENCEEVER. I don’t like flaming anyone, but after one year of dealing with these people I am just going to be blunt. The workers here could give a flying F that you have an issue after the phone is bought. After all, their commission ends there. Customer service, while within their bailiwick, is not their forte. They prefer put your customer service issue off for as long as possible in order to deal with new sales. The company et al has computer systems that are disjointed, completely in accurate, and their policies are worse than at&t’s or verizon’s. They went through a refit of their IT systems not long ago, and it glitches the bills of thousands of systems. This location didn’t help things by being absolutley oblivious to the issue, and literally telling people to «just wait the problem out». Excuse me skinny acerbic service woman, our problems with your product matter so pay attention to us. Even paying is a pain in the behind. You would think they would be eager to receive payment, but even walk-in payments can be problematic. Overall, get away from this company as fast as you can. Especially this location.
