Horrible horrible service then when I filed a complaint basically manager said nothing that he could do. Argue with the customer call them a liar then hurl racial slurs to your coworkers! Wow! But management can’t do anything about it. Never will I be back there again. Place needs new management and staff. Get ignored when placing order, and always dirty in there and the bathroom take my advice just hold it.

Service sucks. Every time we get food from them they ALWAYS mess something up!!! They forget things, give you things you don’t want, and mess it up. I love the food though, but they really need to get better service. It’s nice that they usually try to make up for it, but it’s annoying to always find they messed something up. Good food… Eh service.

The grease(oil) they cooked the food in was old. You could taste it in the food. Don’t eat here

This place has actually stepped it up over the last three years. Prior to 2010, you wouldn’t catch me there. However since the addition of LJS to the mix, it seems the management has taken the brand seriously and stepped up order accuracy and service. The staff is polite and try to help you if there is an issue. The food is coming out as ordered and not old or stale. While I don’t eat fish myself, its not offensively obvious its served there. It smells generally as it always has, and it clean and well lit inside. Overall they are sticking by the brand and performing as expected.

Terrible. Never get good service, always missing some part of our order, and the staff is almost always terribly rude and act as though it is an inconvenience to help customers. The store is also usually in disarray and dirty. If I didn’t want some KFC or Long John Silvers once in a while I would avoid this place like the plague that it is. This particular time my wife went back to get our cole slaw that they didn’t give us and the supervisor gave her a very hard time about it, until she said«yeah, the one you set aside and forgot» and then the worker said«oh, you saw that?». This was clearly the only order they had, as they were obviously agitated that we were there when they were preparing for closing time an hour or two early, but they still asked what order it was and what was in it. If you forget something, and you know it, and the customer comes back, just give it to them! It’s not even like it comes out of your own pocket!!! I’m not going to this KFC/Long John Silvers again. If I feel the craving, I’ll drive an hour to the next town where there is one!
