I can’t give this Mac D’s just one star because of the dozens of times I’ve visited, i’ve had a few pleasant experiences. Occasionally you’ll encounter an employee on a good day or swing thru the drive thru when they’re firing on all cylinders. Most of the time, however, it’s awful. If you’ve ever driven thru the Mac D’s on S. Cobb you’ll realize how slow this one truly is. I’ve pulled up after 6a and there’s no one there. If you think you’ll save time by just going in think again. The drive thru overwhelmes everything. Orders are often incorrect. Food is plain bad sometimes, cold, stale buns, etc. It’s worth going to the S. Cobb store if you have the time.

Went through the drive thru and ordered coffee with 9 creams and 14 sugars. Manager gave me the coffee. I tasted it and looked at it. Maybe 2 creams and no sugar was put in. I asked her to please redo it. She got an attitude and said«I put cream in it». Yet was unable to answer if she did the right amount. I realize putting cream and sugar in coffee is a highly technical skills mastered by very few. Perhaps they should go back to giving the individual cream and sugar packets to the customer and let us handle it. That way their managers can work on just pouring the coffee in the cup and customer service skills.
