Carniceria Los Compadres

As other Unilocalers have stated this is the best meat for carne asada! I remember the first time I tried it, I had never tasted meat like this before at a family gathering usually the meat is very tough and chewy, the ranchera meat here is not like that at all it is very tender.
Los Compadres has became a must at all our family gatherings we all just love the meat here.
Not to mention their chicken is also good for grilling and always accompanies the meat at our gatherings.
The only down side is that it’s rather pricy but hey you pay for what you pay for!
The current price of meat is about $ 7.39 per lb. there has been times where it goes up to $ 10 during the summer.
We usually buy a tray of meat and it usually spend about $ 180+ for meat and $ 60+ worth of chicken but it is soo worth it we don’t buy meat anywhere else!

Stopped by here to get some carne asada for a family BBQ. Wow was it tender and seasoned perfect. Also the chicken was excellent. This is my new carne store.
