It’s not often I have a bad hair day, but thanks to super it’s, I’ve had one today. My instructions were clear, and the Color’s I chose were correct, but the work super cuts performed left me with an embarrassment for a hair style. The employee knew I wasn’t satisfied I paid over $ 180 buck for this so I was forced to hide the nightmare you left me with under a beanie and find another salon this afternoon to try to get it fixed. This whole experience has been miserable and very expensive. I would like to speak with someone to find out how we can come to a resolution.

My husband gets his hair cut here. I usually don’t like him going to these sorts of places because they tend to not use scissors; leaving obvious lines between the sides and top. This place, however, uses scissors and gives him a nice, blended look. The wait tends to not be bad either. My only complaint is the pushiness to get a shampoo; which they don’t tell you costs more. They will ask you «shampoo before or after?» I feel this implies you lack the option to not get shampooed. If the manager cuts my husband’s hair, she bullies him into a shampoo if he says he doesn’t want one. Neither of us like her to do his hair and will avoid her if possible. Overall, if you are looking for a cheap, decent cut I’d recommend this place.

Got a haircut by Brenda, laziest haircut I’ve ever had. The sides of my hair turned out terribly. Well, you get what you pay for, but there are much better places for the same price. I would would recommend another place for prospective customers.

I’ve been here a few times before and had good service for my 3 year old son… today, not so much. Contessa cut my sons hair, nicked the back of his neck several times and threatened him that she would not finish if he kept moving. He is 3. And actually, he barely moved. She was terrible… there is a certain amount of patience you should have with kids and she had none of that.

Ok Service, Ok Cut, Ok Price — like you would experience in any other Supercut location. For the quick cut — I would return here, but if I would have more time — I would search for something else.
