Pro Nails

My massage place is down the way from here so I thought I’d give it a try…
Firstly, you get 2 stars because I was in a jiff and needed my nails and pedi done that day. So, thanks for getting me in. Prices weren’t even that bad. But, I was getting a pedi from a girl who showed up to work in a hoodie and the place was really quite unclean — nail clippings on the chairs, old paint that you can tell haven’t been used in awhile.
But…I’m more unhappy with the worker who asked me if I wanted a flower on my one toe, didn’t tell me the cost, and then charged me $ 5! So I probably wouldn’t have opted for your stupid flower if I’d known you were going to charge me for it. I was a «new» face around here so maybe why I received no special treatment! Lol. But what I found even more bizarre… was when I asked if she had a Unilocal page, she told me no. And here we here! Sketch city! Skip this place ladies! Go to TT Nails in MLT and tell the girls Melissa sent you! This place is the pits…

Pro Nails’ closing hours online and on the door say 8 PM. I showed up at 7 to get a pedicure, and they were already closed. Ridiculous.

Best place around!!! They take their time and give them best pedicures with long massages! Great pricing too! Highly recommended!

I recently moved from Renton to Marysville and wasn’t familiar with any nails shop. I was referral by Poppy and I LOVE Chan! He did a great job with my nails and always take his time. I highly recommend him!!!

I love this place. I’ve been coming here for years! The people there are really nice and the lady Kay and the man there are the best. Even he does my acrylics he actually had a conversation with me rather than a fake how’s your day. I would rather enjoy talking to someone ding my nails for the next hour than stay posted bored on my phone. Anyways the lady does a pedicure and massages really good. I also get shellac did there and they’re good.

I had shellac put on my nails and most of the tips of my nails were rough and peeling, immediately afterward. So I went back the next day, and they told me it was my fault, that they were not to blame, refused to give me my money back, when I ask them to redo my nails, they would only put a topcoat over the same Shellac, to smooth them over. This made my nails so thick, that I had to go to another salon the next day, and have it removed. At first they tried to fake like they couldn’t understand English, then they talked and argued amongst themselves in their language, while I was sitting there, which was rude and intimidating. I even gave the original manicurist a $ 10 tip. What a waste, and very bad choice. Oh and they used tools that were previously used on another person. This place is filthy. Save your money.

Kay gave me a manicure and shellac on Wed. By Thursday, I had two chips already. :(They do not have a room for waxing so ended up getting face waxed in front of people. Awkward! Will not be back.

Keep in mind, I’ve never gotten my nails done here before, but I’m not a nails kinda girl anyways, they chip so easily on mine and I like to polish them myself!
However, this is my new FAVORITE place to get pedicures, EVER! If you don’t care for modern fixtures in a contemporary ambiance, then you must try this place out! I love the location is convenient, right across from Alderwood Mall and Target (next to Jersey Mike’s Subs). The ladies that work here are skillful and tedious in their work! They’ll never rush you when their working on you while a new customer/​client walks in which is a major plus in this industry!
The owner is a very pleasant lady who is very kind, and I’ve tried a ton of places in the area yet this one does the best pedicure work. Most importantly, they take the patience and time to massage your feet. Please take my word for it, try this place out, especially after a long time at work!
P. S. Pedicures are only $ 20 and they spent at least 45 minutes or longer on me each and every time =)
