If I could give –5 stars I would! Although in the past the customer service has been hit and miss where employees have been either very nice and helpful or rude unhelpful and Unknowledgeable… I have been coming to this store for years only because it’s close to my house. Incident number 1. I call the store my car battery was not holding a charge they tell me to charge it enough to make it there so i bring it there to have the battery/​alternator tested I get there and «Chris the manager» says that he cannot do anything because they are closing in 30 minutes??? Really I just drove here with no charge in my battery and my car is outside and won’t start back up please help! «Chris» rudely says no no no! «We are closing in 30 minutes I don’t care» Long story short I was told they did not care who told me to bring it and that it was outside dead with not charge I had no way to get it home they had to close up 30 minutes early and that’s all that mattered… I had to call and pay $ 300 to have my car towed home thanks Chris!!! Incident 2 my headlight went out I came in the store to purchase one brought it back to the shop they diagnosed it was a ballast issue and not the bulb I then come back in the store to return it worst mistake I made… without even opening or looking at the bulb «Chris» the «Manager» tells me the ballast is connected to the bulb and he would not refund my money when I corrected him that the ballast sits under the headlight and not the bulb he got very upset flew off the handle and yelled «I’m going to knock you the f*ck out!!!» He then proceeds to the back yelling and sounds of things being thrown around he then grabs a wrench and walks around the store with it in his hand with the look of murder on his mind… at this point the bulb is not worth my life Scott who is actually there to work and a nice guy who is Unfortunately under «Chris» told him to calm down and helped me with my return… Well «store credit» or nothing if you want to have your life threatened or assaulted by «Chris» the manager I would never recommend this store to anyone! Unless «Chris» the manager is not Working or has the day off I have never in my life been threatened with Bodily harm at any kind of retail establishment beware when coming here this guy obviously has mental issues and is a threat to the public! I’m calling my attorney ASAP worst experience I’ve ever had… guess «Chris the manager» is always right even when he is wrong if you correct him your life will be threatened and he will throw a huge temper tantrum Scott on the other hand was very calm and stayed polite the entire time trying to calm his «boss» down poor guy… don’t waste your time here if «Chris» is working You’ll either end up threatened assaulted or worse but you’ll regret it

So I was a doof and accidentally hit my side mirror and the mirror popped out and I had no idea how to fix it. I was left without a right side mirror for a couple of days which was pretty difficult to get around. Luckily I stumbled across this store and the nice guy in the beanie (I didn’t get his name) was super friendly, came out, took a look at my mirror and popped it back in! I wish I could’ve done something in return, so the best I can do is a 5 star review cause they deserve it! Thanks again!

Every O’Reilly store I’ve been to has been great. I called this store yesterday for a replacement flasher for my car. They didn’t have it in stock so they ordered it in from another store and I picked it up today. Chain stores are always hit or miss, but O’Reillys seem to be consistently good! I wouldn’t hesitate to visit them if you need parts for your car.

I always get my wiper blades here. The staff is always extremely helpful, knowledgable and friendly. They even offered to help me put them on. I’ve been a fan of this location even when it was Schucks. Great customer service!

Nice place and guys working there are super nice and helpful. Plus it’s easy to get to.

Competitive pricing. Friendly counter people. This store usually has what I need in stock and if its not at the store, they tell me which is the closest store with it.

Came in with a bum headlight. Was totally willing to do the work myself, but was very glad that Alex offered to help. Turns out the replacement was way more complicated than I was expecting. And he didn’t treat me like a stupid girl who knows nothing about cars, even taught me what he was doing during the replacement! Great guy! I was really grateful.

Pretty knowledgeable. Always friendly. Always a good stock of parts.
