Fast service, friendly customer service, under $ 10 per pizza!!! And doesn’t cost anything extra for more than one topping… It’s my first time and not going to be my last.

I’ve been to this particular location several times and decided it was time to do a Unilocal review. This MOD Pizza is located near several other restaurants and an LA Fitness therefore they share the parking lot with several other businesses. Upon entering the restaurant, you are always greeted with a cheerful hello from the staff who are cranking out pizzas behind the counter. The staff are really well versed in asking if you’ve been to MOD before and will explain the ordering process if you haven’t. If you have been there before they welcome you back and get your order started. You can create your own customized pizza or choose from some pre-conceived choices on their menu. I’ve started getting the Maddy and then modifying it with whatever toppings I want that day. It generally doesn’t take very long for them to cook your pizza and the end result is super delicious. In addition to pizza, they offer salads, cinnamon or chocolate strips, and milkshakes. I think what I like best about this place is that it’s fast, customized, and really tasty. The staff at this location is pretty great too.

Delicious pizza! It’s great that you get to build your personal pie, like you would a sub sandwich or burrito! The menu has lots of great options, but you can switch things up as much as you like without extra charges. They have a lot of unique toppings, which makes the process interesting, and the end product just what you wanted. At the end, they have several unique sauces that they top the pizzas off with! Yum!

I’ve tried some of their other locations and liked them all better. Pretty good pizza for a very modest price and good service at most of them.

Love to. come to MOD pizza. Always tasty, seems they have gotten a little tight on the cheese but other than that good eats.

Wow! I have been looking for a pizza joint that offers something else for cheese(non-dairy/lactose-free option). This MOD pizza joint has dairy-free CHEESE, plus the gluten-free crust, which is another plus! First of all, I don’t avoid these because it’s the silly fad right now, I have to avoid them — not just intolerant but major sicknesses with even a trace of dairy or gluten. :( I understand I can just take the cheese off and have barbecue or tomato sauce but I like to think I can eat similarly to other people with the same flavor. :) So, I go in to order with three girls from my community group — they order a Caspian and I’m thinking I’ll make my own pizza. I end up ordering a Caspian and ask for no cheese and tell the nice pizza artist that I can’t have cheese. He says they have non-dairy cheese, so I immediately get that and am thrilled — plus the gluten-free crust. I have a pizza that is similar to the girls’ just a little bit different of a taste. I really like how fast but patient MOD is when making their pizzas; they have so many people coming in(this was lunch rush) and they stay so calm and really work well as a team. You can hear their communication and suggestions to each other. Once we sit down, I bite into my allergy-free pizza and to me it tastes a little sweeter with the different cheese. It’s hard to find the word but I thought sweeter than normal cheese but not candy sweet. This is actually common for lactose-free things, they add a lactase enzyme which adds sweetness(like in the milk I have). Again, not candy sweet, but it tastes similar to cheese and it’s a White cheese. Such a delicious pizza but just be aware the lactose/non-diary-free cheese has a little bit of a sweeter taste than regular cheesed pizza. It does NOT hurt after eating it, yippee! I didn’t pay attention to price because I paid for everyone. ;P I think non-dairy cheese and gluten together were a few bucks more — no big, sacrifice we allergy friends have to deal with. I am so excited to find this MOD location offers all sorts of allergy free choices. Thank you MOD Lynnwood for providing wonderful service with your smiling faces and people-friendly team members, allergy-free choices, and delicious pizza. I like that they come small for one person. I WILL return.

One of my favorite places to go. Walked in late after long day at work and starving. Greeted by Amber and Brian the second the door opened. Super friendly and great conversation about creative topping combinations while meal was made.. Joe cooked the pizza to perfection while Zoe was cleaning the dining room. Seasonal pizza Cooper rocked! Lemonade the best and have a deluxe salad for lunch tonight. Great dinner and looking forward to lunch tomorrow.

I first came upon MOD in Downtown Seattle just looking for something to eat, we fell in love and learned that there were a couple in my neighborhood I’ve been hooked ever since I don’t know what Is better the salad or the pizza. So the way it works is you choose from many template pizzas you can either add too or adjust or you can start from scratch and create your own pizza the crust is thin so you don’t have to worry about stuffing yourself and the sizes are reasonable great restaurant and customer service very friendly you’ll love it. Go now!

Being from Chicago, pizza can be a touchy subject for me. It’s usually tough for a thin crust pizza to stand out, but MOD really is a fantastic pie. The service at this particular location is VERY friendly, even during rush hour like we experienced tonight. The pizza was ready in just about 5 minutes, like they promise, and it was fantastic. I got a slightly modified take on a meat lovers pizza, which was great. But the real winner here is the Sri-Rancha sauce. Get it on your pizza, and be very happy. Will definitely be returning soon!

I love MOD pizza. The Lucy sunshine with red sauce. The Caramelized pear ice tea is out of this world. The wait time at this location can be long, especially on weekends and parking stinks. The parking lot is shared by four other fast Food places and three stores. But the real reason I dropped to three Stars is the seats. Look I know I am Fat, but I am not HUGE and I have never Experienced not being able to sit in a chair, even on airplanes until I came here. We ended up moving to the stool tables, Which for my 4’10 height was a Challenge to climb on to. So beware my friends of any girth!!!

This MOD is always fast, efficient and always gets my order right. It would be nice if there was more than 20 tables to sit at, considering this location is ALWAYS busy!

Yummy!!! It’s my first time here. I’m not a huge fan of pizza but this place is fab! I went for the Mod pizza and you can add as many toppings as you want for under$ 8. Same for the salad! The restaurant is al fresco style. It’s a beautiful warm day in Seattle. The garage door is wide open! Love!

I love this place — the convenience, price, fresh ingredients and the über yummy thin crust keeps me coming back… that and my 12 year old sister in law may be addicted. She comes over from the peninsula often and the first request I get after picking her up from the ferry is ‘Can we go to MOD for lunch’. It’s almost become tradition. If she’s happy — I’m happy and we both love MOD! The customer service at this location is top notch and we’re always greeted with welcoming friendly faces. Offering gluten free, salads and limitless topping options this is a great place for lunch or dinner and while the line can get long it usually moves pretty quickly. I also LOVE the indoor/outdoor seating they offer in the summer when they open the giant garage door they use as a wall.

You know, I did ask for extra onions but I don’t recall asking them to burn my pizza.

I usually love MOD pizza. It’s customizable, fast, and less greasy than other places. However I didn’t like the service at the lynnwood branch. I ordered a mini and the guy told me I could only have 5 toppings because it’s a mini. None of the other MODs do this and even their online ordering service allows me to pick as many toppings as I want on a mini. Overall the pizza was still good, but I should be able to add as many toppings as I want right?!

Been to the Issaquah location twice and it was hideous. Got a gift card randomly and happened to be in lynnwood. This location in lynnwood was great. The difference is night and day. Warm friendly staff, though not entirely awake at 10:40 when I came in. Great pizza not burnt to hell unlike issaquahs, clean warm store. Music at appropriate volume levels. Will be back

So this review probably would have never happened if not for way above and beyond service. However, I know MOD’s training deeply. I used to be a GM for them at their flagship store… That itself would have stopped me from reviewing since I don’t review previous employers. But service was over the top nice and the manager went out of his way to say farewell once he learned I was moving across the country. So from a customer point of view the pizza was great, seems like the sauce is a little spicier. But great as usual. Passed the floppy crust test. Ordered the Tyler and a chocolate shake. To Anthony(assuming it’s still you) and Neil they did a damn near 100% snapshot! Store was super clean, employees were nice and clean and working the whole time. Trash areas and bathrooms were clean and YES, even all the napkins were popped up! Lol. In fact they only lose 1 point for the managers terrible teal pants! Haha! But really it was a 100% experience. A feat not easy to pull off i know! Good job guys! See you in Michigan :)

The food here is just fine but what really blows is the atmosphere. As you stand in line, look back at the floor behind the counter. It’s covered in smashed, rotting, discarded food. How appetizing. The kids scream and yell at one another in an attempt to make it a fun and exciting environment but it just ends up being a loud, anxiety-producing circus. I cannot recall if there was music playing because I could not hear it over the sound of the employees shouting at one another. I’ll get the food to go from now on.

This place makes me SOHAPPY! As a vegetarian, this is like the salad bar of pizzas. No more of this«pick between lacklustre vegetarian option A and B or a boring margarita» pizza. I can put ALL the toppings on! Prepare yourself for my long sob story of the pathetic Vancouver vegetarian stuck in downtown Seattle on a Friday night(j/k). Just kidding… We got into Seattle 1 hour before showtime(for a comedy show at the Moore Theatre) and so didn’t have time to get food. Even before 8pm on a Friday night, a ton of the food spots seemed closed. By the time we exited the theatre around 10pm, the options were even more pathetic. We ended up leaving downtown Seattle at 10:30pm disparaged by the lack of late(ish) night dining options near Pike Place. How does a metropolitan city like Seattle have next to no restaurants open past 9pm on a weekend? We did find the Cheesecake Factory, but it was a 30 minute wait with standing room only for waiting) which makes sense since little else was even open. Even McDonalds was closed. Seriously Seattle?! I am utterly baffled. So instead of wandering and wasting more time, we decided to hit the road and see if we could find something roadside along the I-5, like an Olive Garden or another Cheesecake Factory. Something with real food, not just Ecoli-in-the-Box and other such fast food joints. We saw the sign on the highway for«Mod Pizza» and«Five Guys» and followed the signs, scanning the darkened suburb-ish streets for neon signage. Once spotted, we crossed our fingers and hoped they were still open. It was 10:55. MOD Pizza and Five Guys were right beside each other(along with a Menchie’s, Subway, and the odd addition of a Weight Watchers… I wonder how much success those clients have?). Five Guys looked more closed than MOD Pizza, and I wasn’t really feeling like diner burger and fries. We went into MOD and asked them if they were still open, and they replied Yes! YOU’REMYFAVOURITEPEOPLEEVER. Yes, by this time, I had a low threshold for favourite people. The staff asked if we’d even been to a MOD Pizza before(no) and if we’d like him to explain the concept(yes). Essentially, it’s a salad/sandwich bar for pizza – you pick the toppings, any and all. And unlike some places, which charge extra for certain items(yes, I’m looking at you Subway with your $ 1 Avocado and $ 1 Spinach), MOD Pizza doesn’t charge extra for any ingredients. I must have put at least 10 different vegetables on my pizza I was so giddy with the freedom and options. And the price was identical to my boyfriend who just put ham and mushrooms on(boring!!). It was hot, fresh, and tasty tasty. They skimped a bit on the sauce and the cheese, but were happy to add extra when requested. Also, there was only 1 crust type offered(thin), but it was good. The fountain iced tea and lemonades were delicious too – the blackberry lemonade was so good. Such a bargain for a $ 1.50 extra! Total price for 2 small pizzas and 2 drinks came to $ 25(approx.).
