The worst McDonald’s ever. Ordered 2 big Macs in the drive thru. The person at the first window was very very nice. However when I received my food, they did not put in my second big Mac. I then had to turn around on my way home and go back and get my second big Mac for my wife and go into the restaurant. First bad experience, but not a big deal, everyone makes mistakes. However on arriving home, I came to this HORRIBLYMADE big Mac. I don’t even work at Mcdonalds I know what a big Mac should look like, and this is NOTIT. Very disappointing that I should have to pay for such a HORRIBLY made hamburger. I will add a picture of my hamburger so that everyone can see not to go to this Mcdonalds and to drive the extra mile to another one.

Never thought I would be writing a Mcdonald’s review. Went to get a McFlurry tonight to cheer myself up b/c the winters in Washington suck a** and I’m pretty sure every last drop of happiness I had left have been drowned in the darkness and rain. My mcflurry was delivered by such a strikingly attractive employee that I was dumbfounded. This location must be hiring male models to boost sales. He was very nice, and the mcflurry was bomb. Overall, very good experience.

If you’re going to beg someone to do a survey, you may want to make sure their order is right and the food isn’t spilling out of the wrapper. Seriously upsets me. And this is considered stealing from the customer. I don’t have time to go back and fix it. The guy working the drive thru Tyler clarified 5 times if the order was right and it was still messed up. Awesome service buddy. And no you do not deserve a higher wage.

This McDonald’s consistently did not include decals or tattoos in their Hawk box, even though that is literally the selling point of a Hawk box. And it’s very difficult to submit a contact them form.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Unfortunately, this happens to be the best McDonald’s of the three that are choices closest to my house. Doesn’t say much for those other two, does it? I only use the drive-thru and 90% of the time they screw up the order. And 100% of the time, they are condescending and feel put upon of you call them out on it. JUSTDOYOURJOB, MORONS! And a note to the franchisee and managers of this outlet: My advice to you is NOT to put a jock with an attitude on the drive-thru window(the order taker guy is fine). I;m talking about the dude who is supposed to make sure your order goes out the window and that you get everything you paid for — including FULL fry servings and napkins. This idiot on Friday evening 10/9, was the perfect example of a lousy customer person who should HAVENOCONTACTWITHTHEPUBLIC. Franchisee, you have one of the worst McDonald’s outlets that I have EVER spent my hard-earned money at. You’re only saving grace is that there are two other outlets in Lynnwood/Edmonds that are EVENWORSE than this one. As a result of my experience on Friday evening 10÷9÷15, I will NEVER spend my money on McDonald’s garbage ever again. And McDonald’s can’t figure out why they are loosing market share. It’s pretty obvious to your customers.

These people are the most incompetent workers. Everytime my boyfriend and i go there, they forget something. Mostly, they forget the sauces I ask for or straws for my drink. One other time i sat at the pick up window for 5 minutes after receiving my food, not one worker asked if there was anything else until i was finally able to get their attention to give me my drink that i ordered with my food. today, my boyfriend ordered 3 cheeseburgers and came home with only 2. He paid for an extra burger that he didn’t get to eat. I told him to go back to get it, but he was afraid of the workers spitting in his food. These incompetent people want to get paid $ 15 an hour? They can’t even get our order right.

So this is the second time i will be complaining about this place. My husband and I walked up there was one person in front of us three people helping each other takes this guys order. After they took his order all the workers left to the Backroom talking and giggling not caring there were other people waiting. This is the second chance in like a month and a half. I won’t be back.

Just avoid this one! Our orders are wrong more than right. Today takes the cake… our«completely plain hamburger» had cheese on it and when I went in to have corrected I was lectured on how I incorrectly ordered it and should have been clear that i wanted the hamburger without cheese. Correct me if I’m wrong but doesn’t a hamburger by definition not have cheese … that would be a cheeseburger.

The ongoing saga of ghetto employees and ghetto customers continues. Good lord, this place just gets worse and worse. Today I decided to go through the drive-through so I did not get accosted by homeless people. Well, the car in front of me was a very fancy BMW but when I pulled up to pay for my food the guy was having trouble with the till because the person in that fancy car shorted him. I was very disappointed in this person who could afford a fancy car but not afford to pay for her cheap food. But then it got worse because when the person got her food she’s stayed in the lane is started chatting with the employee. The employee leaned out the window and they were holding hands and talking for a couple minutes! This place never ceases to amaze me. Even in my car, I am not safe from the ghetto they attract. Ghetto employer=ghetto employees=ghetto customers. I need to remove myself from the circle of ghetto! Or just give in and grow a mullet.

What a dump! Went in today for a hamburger and fries and left angry and will never come back to this location. It took over twenty minutes to get my fries and they let my cheeseburger get stone cold on the counter. I saw a manager one time and she came up to correct an employee and walked away. The drive thru was out the parking lot and around the corner when I decided to come in thinking it was just the drive thru that was slow. What an experience! Sorry crapdonalds, you lost my business.

Worst. Mcdonalds. EVER. Don’t do it!!! They screw up my to go orders EVERY time. Fries are NEVER hot or full. Nuggets are ALWAYS old. They rip the ‘use by’ date/time off pies so they can serve old ones. There’s one guy(African American, been there for years) that takes orders that is amazing though. He’s super fast, friendly and funny. However, I’m never going back.

they mess up my Togo bag every other time. the workers can be rude. this MCD is the priciest of all of them within a two mile radius and there like over 5 of them. there’s only one worker in drive thru who is only reason I don’t mind paying more cause of his really good customer service. he’s very friendly and been working there for a while during mid lunch dinner. forgot his name but he’s dark skinned. I’d hire him if I had a business just for his great customer service every time I go there. food is OK but higher prices and not happy workers make me drive a little further for my MCD fix

The illegal work force is as rude as can be. Prices are way to high for what you get.

When rushing to a meeting in the morning and you’re trying to get something in your gullet, don’t waste your time here — three times I’ve gone for the Egg McMuffin meal– every time, the cheese and English muffin are burned to a crisp. The coffee’s fine, but they leave the Egg McMuffin under the burner too long…

Ordered a big mac meal and 2 mcdoubles. Get home, fries are so overcooked I can’t even chew them and they forgot my 2 mcdoubles. The fries were a burnt brown color, why would they serve burnt fries? Sorry employees, that’s why.

This location has a very quick drive-thru and very friendly staff. It is greatly appreciated after work when all I want to do is get home and eat without having to cook something.

Shamrock Shake season is among my favorites. I look forward to it every year. However, its also a bit stressful, because not every McDonald’s carries this minty delight — and they pick it up at different times. So February is tumultuous as I travel from store to store, trying to find one. My 2011 search did not start well. I had been to seven(7) different locations in the Seattle, Bellevue, and Kirkland area, all to no avail. I was in Lynnewood for business, and figured I would try. I pulled into the drive thru. It was clean, and fast. The speaker said something disjointed, I patiently waited for clarification. Eventually she repeated, in heavily accented English, «Can I help you?» I asked if they had the shamrock shake yet. She said«huh?» I repeated myself, very slowly, very clearly. «Sham-rock Shake.» Time passed. The moment of truth. Finally she responded«small, medium, or large?» Success! They had it! I blurted out that I wanted a large, and saw the letters glowing on the screen…‘lg special shake’. Special is McDonald’s term for any of the season shakes, so we seemed to be on our way. I readied my camera to capture this joyous occasion. After swiftly paying at the first window, I eagerly waited in line for the second. I could hardly contain my excitement. The first shamrock shake of the season! Finally the SUV in front of me pulled away, so I quickly moved into position… only to look in the window, and find a yellowish beverage staring down at me, mocking my exuberance. This was clearly not a shamrock shake! It was eggnog, the previous seasonal shake. My heart sank. I wonder if there is a conspiracy to keep me from getting my drink. I find it hard to believe that the word«shamrock» can be mistaken for«eggnog», no matter how poorly you grasp the English language. One way or another, I do know this — I will never patronize this particular McDonald’s location again. They toyed with my heart, and I just can’t go through that again. The search continues…

Overall, very bad experience. Shift manager in charge during my 8:30pm visit was very rude and disrespectful, with a major attitude. Also, quality wasn’t that great. Fries were stale and double salted. When I contacted their franchise operator, he appreciated my feedback but never apologized for the poor customer service and bad experience.

We go here often for a quick junk food fix when we had a long day at work and don’t feel like cooking. We usually go in the drive thru. All mcdonalds are basically the same and ya’ll know that as well. What sets them apart is the service I suppose. The employees here are always very pleasant and get the orders right every time. sounds simple enough but if you frequent enough fast food places like my fat ass than you realize how many of these people screw up your orders. This location is very close to home so thats always a plus. yay!

I am not a frequent McDonalds customer, and am even a little embarrassed to admit I go there. But I have a weakness for Chicken McNuggets. Maybe it is because they came out the summer my mother and I took a massive cross country car trip with my brother and I always associate them with that lovely adventure. Or maybe because I get sharp cravings for protein and they are the cheapest most readily available tidbits I can find(2 orders of the dollar 4 pieces are just perfect). But regardless, yesterday was one of those days where I suddenly had to have a nibble of meat. I braced myself for the usual assembly line of consumption. Much to my surprise, the fellow manning the drive-in order window was extraordinarily cheerful and approached each new car as though it was an exciting opportunity in customer service, a chance for him to not only hone his skills, but brighten the life of another human being. His unusual cheer and good-will, rarely seen from a passing window(aside from the occasional over-caffeinated barista) was genuinely heartening and restored some of my wavering faith in humanity. Even better, after I pulled slightly forward after paying, but was halted by the delayed cars before me, he dashed forward, grabbed my order, then caught my attention and leaned out his window to send me on my way quickly… apologizing for the delay as he did it. If this man can find such satisfaction and joy in his drive-through service job, any of us should be able to do at least half as well in finding meaning and purpose in the careers we find ourselves in. Viva la nuggets!
