In general my home is protected, off-time answering service is great. Nonetheless, call center staff need to maintain a level of professionalism at all times. Imperative to add, call center staff need sensitive training with the goal of learning to deal with diverse clients with a focus on LGBT community. It is offensive to be told you do not sound like a male when in fact you are; such statement is offensive and out of line.

Searched everywhere for a good alarm company. We went with Wayne and they installed our alarm within 2 weeks time. They guy was awesome who installed it and the sales person was excellent. They are very well experienced, polite and trustworthy. Everyone we dealt with was very polite, and respectful. So far no problems and we haven’t talked to the dispatch center yet… system is very user friendly.

Their timeline is horrible! everything is 5x slower than what they told you in he beginning, didn’t even bother to notified you if things changed or went wrong, and when you call them they give you an attitude ! Bad customer service!
