Superior Roast Beef & Seafood

I ordered a chicken finger dinner tonight. Delicious! 5 chicken fingers, onion rings, French fries and a salad all for $ 10. The girl who took my order over the phone was nice and delivery came in less than a half hour. I’ll definitely order from here again!

Food is always ready on time. Good pizza and awesome fries and chicken fingers! Service is great.

This restaurant has superior roast beef. But the fried food is not so superior. The roast beef is thinly sliced, slightly rare, and delicious. Like most places around here, their sandwhiches come in three reasonably priced sizes. The onion rings I had was too greasy. Not bad, but nevertheless greasy. This place is very clean with very hard workers so I give it my approval. Parking isn’t great but there is enough parking. The ice cream place next store had sundaes on sale for 2.11 on ¹¹⁄₂₂ and I don’t know how long it will last, so check it out.

Maybe I’m just picky but I don’t see why this place is so popular. My roast beef was good the fact it was cooked but so plain. The Mayo was almost non existent which made it hard to each. The fries were gross and crunchy. The service wasn’t that great. I would give it another chance

Place is ok, they take FOREVER to make an order and calling ahead doesn’t seem to help still took 10 mins to make a roast beef sandwich after I had called in 15 mins before and this is not the first time also the beef was dry and their prices on their website are 2 dollars cheaper than they really are … Boo this place

Well not going to lie this place had my best Buffalo chicken salad for a while always ordered it In even though it was super expensive for a sub shop salad. But then the staff got really bad, would be rude on the phone, if it got late would pick up and hang up. Took almost an hour on delivery. Would forget utensils, pita bread, DRESSING. Or would put the wrong dressing. Or would forget to put something on the salad. It just got real bad. Don’t know what happened to the great staff they had 2 ½ years ago. Like how do you forget dressing for a salad? Come on now. Get it together.

Ordered a sausage and carmelized onion pizza… Delicious!!! Slices of sausage and onions were perfectly cooked. Crust was crunchy and they even use something under the pizza in the box to keep it from getting soggy during delivery. Chicken caesar salad was excellent. Chicken was perfectly cooked. New in the neighborhood and will definitely order from here again.

These guys are great! Great customer service great food! I had made a mistake on an order and after they were half way done with it I brought it to their attention I wanted a change… not only did they remake my order but they did it without a problem… very professional… Will be eating here again! I always thought Superior had the best Roast Beef. Then they had the fire and shut down for a few years and I discovered new places. I still thought Superior was the best but when they reopened my thoughts were different. They jacked up the prices and the portion sizes decreased. I still come here to eat, but believe me there are better places.

I’m happy to say we just got delivery from Superior and without a doubt they have the best Italian subs in the city. Their pizza was exactly what we ordered and was delicious. Will definitely order again.

I wish I had experienced something like the rest of the Unilocalers, as everyone seems to have great reviews of Superior.
Unfortunately for me and my co-​workers our experience was definitely not superior.
I will start with the positive… the girl who answered the phone was very nice. A lot of times when calling a sub place around lunch time the person on the other end tends to be impatient and rude. Not here, I appreciate that. The other is the delivery and how fast it was. Good timing and everything came hot (except the tuna melt but you’ll read about that soon enough).
What I don’t like is how 3 subs cost me $ 22.00. I did the math with 6.25% tax and $ 3 tip and it came out to $ 19.36. Am I being charged that much for delivery? Plus the tip that I plan on giving the driver? If so, that information should be divulged at some point.
I asked for a tuna melt. Does everyone here know what a tuna melt is? Well, that nice girl who answered the phone apparently does not. Tuna came on a bun with cold cheese on it. hmmmm… Not what I asked for.
Steak and Cheese sub is nothing to write home about and the chicken salad is «bland» (not my word but relaying the info).
I am still searching for that great delivery place in Lynn and unfortunately for me, have not found it here.

Great Roast Beef, Tender and thinly slices. I have tried the fried fish dinner, not bad huge piece of fish, Fries are good but the onion rings are a bit sticky. Overall to find a place that outdoes another shop in West Peabody — who I will not name here — excellent… puts Kelley’s to shame!

This has to be the best place. There are others in the area that are good to very good. But for great fresh food and a friendly fun place Jim and his crew are tops. The year plus he was closed after the fire was giant PIA. I can’t say enough good stuff about this man and his family and staff. We go nowhere else. The salads are the best I have found after trying all the spots in the area. When my kids, all in their thirties now, have traveled around the country and the world for extended periods the first stop on the way back from the airport from picking them up is Superior.

Yummy chicken kabob subs and salad. Good pizza. I just wish they were a tad faster but I guess that’s because they cook everything to order. And they should deliver! :)

Great food. Great prices. Nice inside everything is updated and you get a big portion of food. The only downer is they don’t deliver.

Awesome food. Chicken kabob salad is my fav! Very clean environment and friendly people. They don’t deliver which stinks
