I was skeptical about getting my eyebrows done at a Walmart but this salon is great! It’s clean although a little small but I had a really good experience. I wanted to check it out after I went to Walmart to pick up a few things on NYE and saw that this salon had a line pass McDonald’s. I figured it was good and I was right. I grew my eyebrows out and they were atrocious. Shovat did such an excellent job finding my arch and shaping them after how bad they were. I recommend her 100%. I went on a non busy day but was told I should make appointments because it does get busy and there’s only two chairs. I can’t comment on the other workers but Shovat was awesome. Her attitude was very calming and she was sociable. She noticed my skin was dry and moisturized my skin for me after my services. It was nice of her! Threading is only $ 8 but they have a special-​if you buy 25 $ you get your first threading free! They do facials too. I’ll be sure to check it out.

They provide good service and are cheap but good LORD! They are extremelyyyyyy slow. It took them 25 mins to do my eyebrows and no I don’t have thick eyebrows.

Love this place !!! My eyebrows be on fleek! I love when Sova threads my eyebrows, she does an amazing job. If you would like to have flawless eyebrows come to this place!

Initially my intentions was to give «SEVA» a mixed review because I was very unhappy with their lash extensions but very happy with both their eyebrow threading and waxing. I would had definitely gone back for the other services they offer but because they handled themselves in such an unprofessional way, I would be lying if I told you I’d ever go back! They offer FULL long lash extensions or a NATURAL lash extensions instead I received «natural» lashes that looked very un-​natural. It looked like there was more glue than lashes and resembled the lashes of a fake doll (all stuck together). I felt bad going back because the girl who had done them was really sweet but I couldn’t deal with this look. I would have been very happy with them refunding me for the services I was unhappy with or a «we can fix them» response would have sufficed. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case, instead I spoke with a red haired woman (possibly the manager) telling me this is how the eyelashes are supposed to look and completely disregarded what I was telling her as an unhappy customer. She offered me to call or come back when an Isabella was there. I called them later this afternoon and there was no Isabella, but I received a phone call back from this same woman who offered to sell me their product that removes the lashes. So wait, I said, «I’m unhappy with your services and you want me to pay more to remove them?» This is the only option they offered to fix the problem. I’m sooooo disappointed with how they handled themselves as a company. As we speak I received a call from Isabella, very apologetic. She gave me tips on how to loosen the lashes and repeated the fact that it’s a very strong glue and that makeup remover will prob not do the job. She explained the franchise itself do not offer removal services and for this reason she could only «sell» the removal product. Because the initial service was done properly and I’m just not happy with how the lashes look, they will discount me the lash strip if I wanted to go back and get that instead after «I» removed the lashes. So with that said I WILL REMOVE the lashes and I’m very unsure if I will go back.

I AM SO UPSET WITH THIS PLACE! this is the third time and last time I will go there or anywhere else EVER to get my eyebrows done at all. im going back to doing them myself. i told the lady i like the thickness and the shape i just want them cleaned up. which i thought dont make them thinner or change the shape, but i guess not, because she made my eyebrows so much thinner on the top and bottom and didnt even get the stray hairs at the ends of my eyebrows! I am so pissed off they tried to offer me a credit there but why would i want that when im upset i came here in the first place. then the lady that did my eyebrows told me that next time i should tell them all i want is to get rid of the stray hairs and dont do anything else to it… are you kidding me ??? so its my fault that you messed up my eyebrows when i told you what i wanted in the first place! NOW I HAVE TO WAIT MONTHS FOR THEM TO GROW BACK. IM NEVER GETTING MY EYE BROWS DONE EVER EVER AGAIN BY ANYONE.

This place I love it been coming here since it’s been open for a year. Its the only place now that I come to. The ladies here are amazing professional and courteous. Whenever you come in your treated like #1 and always get what you want and expect. They have plenty of experience from eyebrows and eyelashes to full body waxing (brazilian, legs, and arms etc). I come here with all my friends and my sisters. WE LOVE YOU SEVA BEAUTY SALON IN LYNN WALMART.

Great place with excellent service. Completely loved it. Got leg and chin waxing done. It was smooth and welcoming experience. Will definately visit again.

Amazing place ! My eyebrows came out amazing and I didn’t think they could ever look as good as they are today. Plus, it’s like only $ 8 to wax or thread your eyebrows, compared to other salons this is not expensive. Also, it only takes like 5 – 10 minutes. The customer service is great, they are all very friendly and nice. It’s a great place even though it is in a Walmart. I will definitely come back again, and I definitely recommend you or a friend come here.

So my review is a little double sided. I got a threading for the first time ever and I got eyelash extensions as well. Very very cheap and low cost HOWEVER… the eyelash extensions are not extensions they are just individual glue on eyelashes like you can get at sephora. They were done well but fell off in a week. But for a week I look awesome. So just don’t expect real $ 250 eyelash extensions on your lashes they are the glue on your skin regular faux individual lashes. The threading I admit to be scared of but they didn’t have a waxer that day. First off only the under the eyebrow part hurts and you have to help by keeping the skin taught. Next, the results stay for weeks and weeks. It is the best my eyebrows ever looked. But I kinda hated the lid area because it pinched. Would I go back? Yea for temporary lashes and for a great threading but I would probably still be afraid a little of the threading. Oh and everyone is nice and professional despite being in a Walmart. which is admittedly odd especially when they put up the plastic wall when its cold.

I’ve been going to Seva since it opened, I am so happy I did!. I have two different eyebrow, so shaping my eyebrows is difficult, you really have to know what you are doing do get them right and Sova, the one with the long black hair accomplish this difficult task every single time. Wait time is longer on Sat, so try going on a different day… service and price, well worth the wait time!

Seva is phenomenal. I’ve gone here a couple of times now and each time I’ve been extremely satisfied with the service. Everyone is kind and professional. They do great work on your eyebrows via threading. And you can’t beat the price! I have recommended Seva to my friends and I certainly recommend it to you.

So I’m a little late on writing my review, but here it is. So it was New Year’s Eve and it was 30 minutes until closing and the place was packed. I’m busy mom and I had worked all day so HAD to get my eyebrow done to go out that night. I am a huge fan of getting my eyebrows threaded and I always go to the mall to get it done. Since I had no choice I came here. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. Not only did they go out of their way to squeeze me in, but they are super friendly! But they best part of all was their work. My eyebrows looked better then ever! And for only $ 8!!! This is definitely my new place to get my eyebrows done! If you are anything like me and like to be loyal and safe with going to one specific place to get your eyebrows done, then this is the place. Excellent job ladies!

I went to SEVA for the first time on thursday december 18^th and was pleasantly surprised to have received exceptional service in a Walmart on the Lynnway. I am very happy to say I will be going back for bi-​weekly threading for m y eye-​brows. Great service at a spectacular price. I specifically went in due to all the great Unilocal reviews about a young lady by the name of Sova, who according to the owner (Isabella– very kind young lady) had really loyal followers. However she was busy and I had Ghofran instead and was very happy with the results. She was patient and precise. She took really great care of me ! I will be back again ! Thank you very much for your exceptional service! Keep up the great work ! =)

I love love LOVE Sova (with the shorter hair)! She never misses a beat when threading my eyebrows. And it’s so affordable… what more could a girl ask for?

I went to Seva today to get my eyebrows threaded for the first time and was pleasantly surprised! My eyebrows came out fantastic thanks to one of the ladies forgive me if I spell her name wrong but it was something like Richa, well anyways she was very nice and did a wonderful job shaping my eyebrows. Even though their location inside Walmart isn’t such a wonderful spot (by the door with the cold breeze blowing on you) it was still a very nice experience and I would surely come back again! By the way only 8 $ for this service which I think is fantastic! What a deal!

I got the opportunity to meet the owner. She is a very sweet lady. The customer service and prices are great! Eyebrow threading for 8 dollars… and amazing deal! Thank you again Isabella and Seva team for making my experience a wonderful one!!!

My rating is for Sova’s eyebrow and upper lip threading only.
First, I have to say that Sova spritzed and wiped down her chair between clients and I liked that. I didn’t see other beauticians?? there doing that. She has a calm demeanor and is gentle during the threading process. If you’re accustomed to getting your brows waxed or tweezed, threading by Sova will be nearly pain-​free and probably become your preferred method of facial hair removal.
Eyebrow and lip threading takes approximately 30 min depending on the thickness and the amount of hair you have. Cost for both services amounted to $ 11. Eight dollars for the brow threading. So, be prepared to wait (don’t know if they accept appointments, or if it’s walk in only). I walked into Walmart at 4:45 to a client in the chair with 2 more in front of me, was seated at 6:00 and left at 6:25. This really is too long to wait. She’s good and so much better than her co-​worker who threaded/​squeezed large chunks of upper eyelid between the thread causing an unnecessary amount of pain to her pregnant client. Four stars because Sova’s threading lasts 2 weeks while other threading jobs I’ve had have lasted a month. If I were in Lynn again and didn’t have to wait, I would consider it, but I’d pay $ 3-​$ 4 more for a quiet, drama free brow threading. Brilliant idea of the owner though for servicing a population often overlooked and neglected by the beauty industry.
