Our party of 12+ and another group were enjoying drinks and apps on a weekend night, when at appx. 9:15pm we were told it was last call. By 9:40, the servers turned off the tvs as a not-too-subtle sign to get the eff out. We won’t be bringing a group back on a weekend… or ever, really.

Huge selection of burgers. Incredibly friendly staff. Owner came over and introduced himself. Bartender very knowledgeable and personable. Served promptly and was my drink was always ready to be refilled by the watchful staff. Atmosphere is very nice and the place borders on an elegant feel despite bring an irish bar in Lynn. Order the Empire burger with some extras and the French fries(yes, huge like they say) and onion rings. Burgers are all cooked to order so it will take a few minutes but it’s worth the wait. Burgers are always cooked the way you ask for them and this one was delicious. Enjoyed my time and would recommend it to anyone. Read some of the bad reviews here and they really don’t do the place justice and I find them a bit hard to believe…

Had a large group before a show down the street. guy at door turned us down right away said only have room for two people(there were at least 5 open tables). Didn’t even ask us if we were eating or just wanted the bar. Your loss RF Osullivans we had 26 people drinking… FYI if heading to a venue at lynn auditorium skip this place and go to April’s near the bowling alley!!!

I am always skeptical to try places in Lynn but someone I know liked it so we went. They were very slow in getting the food out and I know they are made to order but I got my burger last because they forgot about it. I got the Chinatown burger and it was good but needed more sauce. The Fries were huge I could barely eat them

In a conscious effort to save humanity from the perils of evil… Please have your bread support your burger! The onion rings were good. Sports bar atmosphere, and I am confused how they have no «wet naps». Overall experience was good. Not the best burger I had but worth stopping in.

So, went for lunch last Wednesday. I was happily surprised. There must be about 20 burgers on the menu. I got the cape cod burger. Swiss and avocado. Not sure what that has to do with the cape but it was perfect. Asked for medium, came out medium well, but the crust on the patty was perfect and it was not dry at all, so I didn’t mind. I got half fries half rings. Fries are hand cut skin on, like little surf boards, big but thin. DELISH. Don’t let the outside fool you, thought it would be an older style pub from the outside, but it was a clean and modern style casual eating kind of pub on the inside. I will definitely return.

I had the Black and Blue burger with half fries and half onion rings. The food was fantastic and the beers selection was great! This is probably the best burger place on the North Shore. Definitely worth checking out when you’re in the area.

4 stars is based on the food– husband got the blackjack burger cooked medium and it was perfectly cooked and flavors were on point– they also give the option of rings/fries. I got a buffalo chix salad which was equally yummy– prices are reasonable. When i got there on a Sat night around 8−9p– it was completely empty– not one customer so the ambiance was weird and the service was fine… they open till 1AM but based on it being dead– i doubt the stay open that late

Go to the Somerville location! Night & day! Lynn location — ordered medium, got well. Fries weren’t crispy & portion was smaller. The beer was cold!

My friend had the black and blue burger, black pepper was prominent but it was just regular store-bought course ground pepper so it had no spice or flavor and the blue cheese which he thought would be melted blue cheese; was blue cheese dressing i’ve visited three times and all three times the fries were soggy and greasy The owner was nice to us but several of my close friends won’t go back there again because he was rude to them. One of them was my sister-in-law who is so nice

I was reading the menu over and came across the burrito which sounded delicious, but when I got it I laughed at how awful it was. The presentation made it look like a damn hamburger in a wrap with some tomatoes, lettuce, and onions. It was so awful, I wanted it medium and the center of the meat was purple which it inexcusable because the burrito was cut in half. Maybe I was wrong in getting a burrito at a burger place but now I can gladly say that the burrito I had at Sullivan’s was the worst burrito I ever had, and made me create an account on Unilocal to write my first review, this place is horrible I don’t recommend it to anyone.

Stopped into the new Lynn location of RF O’Sullivan’s for a late lunch. It is brand new and looks the part. Clean, new TV’s and furniture. A comfortable place to hang out. They have a very good beer selection and a long list of appetizers that would like to go back to try. But O’Sullivan’s is all about burgers. There are over 20 different burger options on the menu. I opted for the cajun burger. It came nicely seasoned, with large steak fries. Burgers are cooked as requested and were made with quality meat. For me a perfect burger has to have the right proportion of meat, cheese and bun. The large burgers have a little too much meat for me to consider them in my top 10 list. Don’t get me wrong, these are good burgers, just very heavy on the meat ratio. Parking can be a little bit of a challenge depending on the time you go.

Great New place, 151 Central St, Lynn Ma 1901. A lot bigger than the Somerville location, just opened today Fast service and great Burger selection. The staff is friendly and experienced despite this is the first day. On a system issue, the staff corrected it in seconds. Thay have a full menu, right out of the gate. I ordered the Great Caesars Ghost, a 1⁄2 Pound Burger on a Caesars Salad filled with bacon bits(fresh) and greated cheese. A note, there Med. Rare is really rare. Med is cooked. Hand cut fries, «yum»

Everytime i’ve gone the waiter was very nice, food was prepared quick and very good, not a big bar but kind of cozy, its a good place to stop in and have a burger. Their burgers are very good and their fries are really good, i just wish my meal came with more because they were really tasty.
