Worst customer service i had. My gf in early February was told that she would get a refund for what she got earlier. That was a kindle that broke down.
So i had the reciept in hand. I went to the radioshack on boston st. When i went there and showed my reciept and id… the guy and his gf who was sitting behind the cash register treated me like shit and a criminal.
I had to go to another radioshack in downtown lynn on state st. What a difference. Excellent customer service. With the reciept i got the smartphone im using now.
This radioshack on boston. Avoid it like the plague.
