This office is a nightmare. The WORST costumer service I have ever seen. Yesterday I witnessed my coworker stay hold for literally 33 minutes. As soon as someone answered they hung up on her! She called back again today to speak with a manager and was kept on hold for over 15 minutes and got«disconnected» again! Working at an office myself, that is completely unacceptable. Even if you’re lucky enough to get someone on the phone, they cop an attitude right away and just transfer you to random departments so you’re back at square 1. I understand they’re location on UNIONSTREETINLYNN, but that does not give them a reason to run an establishment like this. You just can’t win with this office. If you’re miserable, then please find another job. Management needs to step their game up because their staff is making them lose patients.

Everyone that works at this health center has a terrible attitude, and I mean EVERYONE. the front desk staff, the phlebotomy lab, and even the providers(which is very unprofessional of them) but most especially the woman that sits at the desk right in the lobby as soon as you walk in. they are very dismissive and so very uneducated on the type of etiquette and knowledge that is needed to work in a medical practice. I have worked in the medical field for over 5 years and I have never had an experience as bad as I have had at this place. Many of my patients are transferred from this clinic and they all have similar, if not worse feedback. I really hope that management raises their standards and hires new staff before they lose all of their clientele because this place is ridiculous.

Went here in severe pain. Waited at urgent care for an hour without even being checked in or asked what my problem was. How is that legal? I have worked in health care for more than twenty five years. I have never seen anything like it. Old man next to me said he waited two hours to be checked in. I asked the lady how they can have all these people sitting around not knowing if they are dieing, just have the flu and how they triage the severity. She said they don’t. if this where anywhere but Lynn it would be unacceptable. I know I have worked at several hospitals and been to hundreds of hospitals and health centers as an EMT. I had to leave and go to Union hospital where I received prompt car and was checked in right away. This is an example of the haves and have nots and what gets me is why all those people and the facility think it is acceptable to wait that long just to be checked in. I am from Somerville originally and I can tell you it would not be tolerated. I wonder how many people sit there with chest pain thinking its there only option for care. It pretty much is for most living in poverty in Lynn.
