Am a tenant in a property managed by this company, which I find not only to be unprofessional but whose poor management is the primary motivating my decision to terminate my lease as soon as possible. Gibraltar has been chronically unresponsive to emails and phone calls following up on their written communications on building matters. This including one ostensibly crucial matter which insinuated violation of the deed of my rented condo, a document which is not on file with the company. As a resident and former condominium owner, I was very disappointed with this behavior. Frankly, I felt bullied, and needlessly. This type of experience has been corroborated with other renters in this condominium complex. If Gibraltar’s management is already in place and has come under reconsideration(and that’s how you found this review), I would encourage you to reconsider your use of their services. In particular, if Gibraltar does now or could possibly manage one of your rental properties, I would strongly advise choosing a management company with a proven track record of quality service and respect for tenants.
