Great staff. Very friendly. Well managed facility. They usually have one person working at a given time. Prices are fair compared to other facilities. They gave me the first month for free but I was charged processing and other random fees. Bottom line, it is really not free. The only issue I really had was the random raising rates. They sent me a post card like mail saying my rates were going up. They did this about 3 times in one year. It went up about $ 10 every time. It’s also an extra $ 10 for every $ 2000 worth of insurance you want to add.

I placed my stuff in storage 1 year ago renting a 5×15 unit for $ 86 including insurance and the rent has gone up NOT ONCE, but TWICE and today I received a notice that my rent will be $ 105, yet the same size unit is being advertised at $ 76. They get you in and jack up the rates!!! Bad business. I will get my stuff out soon.
