We wanted to try to a new breakfast place, and we’re so glad we picked Christopher’s Café! It’s a no frills place, but the food is excellent and the staff is so friendly. It’s a seat yourself place, so no need to wait for a hostess. The coffee is self serve and unlimited refills. They have to go cups for when you leave too. The food was so delicious, and incredibly reasonably priced. You can tell they have a lot of regulars — the servers knew all the customer’s names. I hope this restaurant sticks around for a long time, because this will be our new breakfast spot! It’s a gem!

Gross. No flavor. Burnt home fries. The omelette was no a omelette looked like a glob of scrambled eggs. That’s suppose to be a Ham egg and cheese omelet?

This was my first visit to this cozy spot. The server was very attentive and suggested that I try the chicken kabob sandwich. It was delicious — roasted pepper, onions, summer squash and zucchini with chicken in a delicious balsamic dressing. The menu includes sandwiches, quiches, sounds and more I will definitely be back.

I’ve been here a few times for breakfast, and left completely satisfied with my meal each time! The food is freshly prepared, the juices delicious(and a great deal for 4 «shooters»), the unlimited coffee bar is great(as is not having to wait for a server to come by to refill your coffee), and I’ve found the staff to be very friendly! Not to mention, the prices are very reasonable. Technically you could get a meal here for under $ 10, but there’s so much good stuff on the menu, I always end up ordering a few dishes to sample!(Can’t resist a big brunch) I look forward to trying out their lunch menu.

Delicious breakfast and super friendly staff. My veggie omelette was packed with fresh veg and incredibly fluffy. Of course the hash browns were a yummy treat. We will definitely be coming back. I couldn’t believe there was no wait!

I almost didnt want to review because im selfish and I want this place to myself. :) It’s cozy, homey and the food is clearly fresh. The corned beef hash is homemade and delicious. it has Visible corned beef in it! Not the canned dog food looking stuff you normally get. I recently moved to the area and I’m easily becoming a regular. You wont be disappointed!

This has become my go to place. Staff Is fun and friendly, and the food rocks! If you can get a stuffed burger here do so! They have one of the best burgers ever… But the last 2 weeks they have run out… Next week I am coming prepared. I’ll bring my own chop meat and ask them to cook it! I had to «settle» for some amazing homemade corned beef hash… Which was freakin awesome!

So this little corner café had great reviews and being from Lynn, I thought why not give it a go. I heard the service is slow verbally from a friend but that didn’t deter me from the Unilocal review. Honestly, we walk in. There was no greeting from the hostess… Was there one? The gentlemen before us, stood at the door waiting patiently to be seated and 10mins into waiting, he sat himself. Noticing no one made notice of us or of the gentlemen, we also sat ourselves at a table for four. Waitress came by after 5mins, ask if it was just us two? We said we were waiting for two more. She said, ok… And we didn’t see her again for another 10mins. There was no asking if you wanted water or coffee. Our friends and I were busy talking, questioning rather we order at the counter or were the waitresses are going to take our order. When we did order, we waited a good another 10mins for our food. I had the corn beef hash, sunny side egg, side of bacon, and wheat toast. My corn beef hash looked over done. Was good considering I like it kind of burnt. My toast was plain and there was no offer if i wanted jelly or butter. My husband had a lox scramble which was pretty decent. My friend had the lox pancakes but it was such a small portion which the waitress said the cook took note of it and will bring him another one. Why even serve it to him without correcting it first? Overall, the place is quaint. If you’re not in a rush and just wanted to sit around, its a place for you. Food is home feel and nothing you couldn’t make at home. Service is slow but people are nice. I give it two stars because there’s nothing impressive about the place. Sorry.

Saturday morning 9÷12÷15… just came out of funeral home across the street, and was heading to Cape Cod for an event. Have been by the Café hundreds of times, but never been in. Not enough time to sit down, but, with memories of the all time best Stones being recalled, we went in. The place was 85% capacity, smelled and looked great. On top of the display case were huge pieces of coffee cake, blueberry cake, along with a few other yummy looking pieces. I chose the coffee cake version, it was packed in a nice take out container that would make driving and snacking easier. Once thru the tunnel and in easy snackin traffic, the wife opened the container and facilitated with the eating/driving task. One bite, and I was almost wishing I was laying in the funeral home. OLDFOODANDSMALLCAFE’S ARE1000% UNACCEPTABLE. Never, Ever, Ever, does a café or breakfast place serve at least a day old food. NEVER. So disappointed

So underrated! Definitely come here and enjoy a delicious bite to eat. I came around 2 and ordered the Western omelette, and wow was it everything I could’ve ever asked for and more. The home fries were delicious and the omelette was cooked to perfection. Unlimited coffee bar, which looked interesting although I didn’t get any. The pastries on display also looked delicious. If you’re in the area come by for a nice brunch. Totally worth the stop-in! :-)

The breakfast that we had was well prepared. The homemade hash and home fries were excellent with strips of crisp corned beef. My only complaint was the service was friendly but so slow. Our breakfast took almost 1.5 hours and had to get up to get the bill from our waitress. If you have a lot of time to spare for breakfast you will be very satisfied with the quality. I hope the owner will work on this so that I can come back again.

I love the breakfast here. The food is always great. The staff are always charming and friendly. Service is fast. The menu seems to have something for everybody’s breakfast wishes. I wish it were slightly cheaper but I’m kinda a cheapskate. If you really want a great dinner and a fun night try to go to their neighborhood dinner that they offer once a month.

Had a nice breakfast at Christopher’s this morning. The food was delicious. I had an omelette with broccoli, spinach, and feta. It was huge and tasty. Quality ingredients and good portion. The home fries were crunchy and yummy. We also ordered French Toast to accompany the meal… buttery and melt in your mouth delicious. Would recommend Christopher’s for a wonderful breakfast.

Walked down the street for Sunday brunch with my husband and my son. I ordered two eggs with bacon, homefries and an english muffin with a single pancake. My husband ordered the same with rye bread. My son ordered a Belgian waffle. We walked in at 11:40 and our food was served at 12:10. We waited for a half of an hour and that was a bit long. The food was tasty but the preparation could have been better. It seemed the griddle was just a little too hot and the pancake was brown on the outside but not fluffy and not fully cooked in the inside. My English muffin was cold and not toasted completely and I didn’t eat it. All in all, the food was pretty good. The service was super slow and there was one waiter that seemed to do all the work while the two waitresses looked busy but did little. I would definitely come back and make sure I was specific about my toasting preference. For a neighborhood café, not bad. (I also noticed the owner, David, responds to many reviews that may not be favorable so I am hesitant to post a review but feel it is necessary. Not bad, David. Even when service id busy the food should be excellent!)

Food was great and the home fries are unreal! Waitstaff is very friendly. The only gripe I have is the food took about 20ish minutes to come out. Maybe one guy cooking? Either way it was delicious and the coffee is very good too. Will definitely be back!

I ordered a spinach and feta cheese omlet with home fries and it was AMAZING! They put a nice portion of cheese unlike some places that barely add cheese. The Home Fries were soooo Good! I’m from out of town and Will def be coming again before leaving :)

I went last week with my brother and we were both unimpressed and dissatisfied. The only thing I liked was the self serve coffee. Our server was nice and pleasant. .but all of the food was absolutely tasteless. I got a western omelet and was surprised to find a(fatty) ham steak in the center of it. Gross. My brother got some sort of Mexican omelet that he said was overloaded with salsa and missing the sour cream that was promised on the menu. Our table was surrounded by 8 – 10 giant flies the entire meal. Hey guys it’s January. In New England. Why? We shared a Belgium waffle topped with bananas and whipped cream which looked scrumptious — yet I detected not one iota of flavor. When I reach for salt and pepper and neither of them help, well then I’m just sad. Sorry Christopher.. I’m not a fan.
