Advance Physical Therapy & Sport Rehabilitation

I just wanted to comment on my own experience at Advance. Not only were the therapists very knowledgeable and compassionate in providing my treatment, but the entire staff was professional and welcoming. Bottom line, I’m feeling 100% better and being a patient at Advance is why!

What a lesson in Never Doubt Your First Impression, i.e. check out their (somewhat creepy) website full of typos! Why didn’t I listen to those little alarms going off inside my head? Because sometimes I feel harsh and waver and want to give the benefit of the doubt.
Reasons I left my appointment after waiting for 35 minutes without ever being «evaluated»:
1. I couldn’t find a parking spot in the lot
2. The elevator to the 3^rd floor is. unstable (I hobbled back down the stairs instead)
3. Holy sensory overload on presentation! — super loud tv in a small waiting area that was overflowing with rudely loud people apparently trying to talk over the super loud tv, not to mention the receptionist and her phone on speaker. I thought my head would explode.
In a nutshell, this place operates on the super cheap and the whole experience was completely unprofessional and left me feeling unclean and obviously very unhappy. And my sprained ankle still hurts.
