Deanna, Amy, Jenna, Dawn. My top baristas. Fast and smooth during morning rush. Very considerate and polite women. Give them all a raise for reals.

No complaint about the quality or taste of my drink but I feel the employees could benefit from more training on how to treat their costumers. Came here on the first Monday morning of the year 2016, the line moved super slow and the two girls upfront looked like they wanted to be anywhere but doing their job. Not one single smile or thanks or you’re welcome after I placed my order and they continue with their long faces after I sat down to enjoy my drink for a few mins.

they have rude people that work there… they hire people that don’t know to make coffee. … don’t ever support them

honestly speaking. ive read some of these reviews for this Starbucks and I’m compelled to write a review. this Starbucks location has got to be one of my two favorite in Nassau county. Yes. county!
Ever go to a Starbucks and you wait for 10 minutes to get a simple tall regular coffee? Don’t you detest the wait and the long line that doesn’t seem to get shorter… then add that you’re already late to work!!! ughhhh!!! That’s not this location. It’s quiet, workers are very polite and the ambiance is relaxing and soothing. I would definitely recommend this location.

I mean it’s clean and its Starbucks but they’re always very slow and a good 75% of the time they’re rude.

The slowest starbucks I’ve ever been to. And they often run out of certain brews, like dark, which is weird.

I love Starbucks and its coffee I suggest that you get a vanilla bean with 2 pumps of raspberry it taste just like cotton candy

I think this Starbucks is for couples to come hang out bring their laptops and use the Internet. Don’t you people have Internet at home? Come on now you know they’ve made themselves comfy when they’ve taken there flip flops off and sitting Indian style with your laptop on your lap while your wife or gf or whoever is chill’n next to you. Okay whatever. Customer service was ok. Got my drink wrong but I noticed it before I drank it and asked was this made with Soy milk? Hmm because it’s not label S on my cup and of course it wasn’t. So a remake it is then. At least she was nice about it and didn’t give an attitude. There was still something different wasn’t to bad but maybe to much vanilla still not sure. I’ll have to think more about what was still wrong. I know I didn’t tell them my usually half milk half foam part of my drink even though there was so much milk and not enough foam but that still wasn’t it. My Starbucks drink can be difficult for some locations I goto when they don’t know me already. I know the order is long and a little complicated but baristas are trained on making these types of drinks. Oh well.

Multiple times I’ve came here and the customer service has been horrible. Some months ago I came in to order something and the barista told me that the register was not working and that there was nothing she could do about it. She also told me it wouldn’t work unless I could fix it myself which, I thought, was very rude. Then, today I came in and completed my orders and another barista made my drinks and as I said thank you twice, she ignored me and walked away. It really sucks, like I understand all of us have bad days but a simple «you’re welcome» or smile would have done more justice.

Bad customer experience a few times. The staff tends to engage in small talk with each other a lot when there is a huge line whether it’s early or late. When I did complain to the manager, she did listen, let me finish, and then apologized. But I also never went back.

Sad, but true, this Starbucks just can’t seem to get it right. Order the most basic drink — a latte… cappuccino…espresso — and you will likely walk away disappointed. To most, if not all of the «baristas» at Lynbrook Starbucks, a latte is a cup of hot milk with a tinge of watery espresso; order a cappuccino — you get a cup of super-​heated milk with a tinge if watery espresso; order an espresso — you get a 1.5 oz shot of bitter varnish or a 3oz cup of coffee urine. The refrigerator case looks like a curio cabinet for stale and crumbling pastries.
The «baristas» are unusually sombre and ill-​tempered — it’s like this particular Starbucks traded their employees with a franchise burger-​mill like BK and gave them a BK wage. The only saving grace is there are one or two nice looking girls working there at certain times.
The customers are hardcore regulars — typical Starbucks lost souls who lounge in Starbucks fart-​infused couches blathering about inanities… day. after…day…year…after…year…

This is the most poorly run Starbucks I have ever seen. The pastry case is always an atrocity, the condiment bar is usually a mess and the drinks are often made incorrectly. The other day, I bought a pound of coffee and asked the barista to grind the beans. She completely destroyed the bag while opening it which I discovered when I got home because coffee grinds exploded all over the place. The drip coffee was burnt and the red lights were flashing on all the pots indicating that they were expired (brewed over an hour ago). If you live anywhere near this location and need your Starbucks fix, go about a mile east to the RVC location where it’s actually clean, baristas are friendly and knowledgeable and the store is run properly.

On quality and service: It’s a Starbucks. You’re going to have the same experience you do at any LI Starbucks.
My review stands only as a warning:
Do NOT come here at 3pm on a school day–
unless you want to have to wait in line behind the large herd of teenage girls coming from the High School a few blocks away, custom ordering their «secret menu» fraps and taking photos for Instagram.

As far as Starbucks goes the drinks are pretty much the same in every one.
I generally only have a grande mocha frapp.
The service was good and the drink extremely tasty.
The store was a bit crowded and the workers seemed overwhelmed.
there was virtually no seats available, but that did not matter to me as i was taking out anyway
