CubeSmart Self Storage

We drove from Kentucky to Cube Smart storage in Lutz Florida and was greeted with the most helpful and friendly service. The manager named Bob Pupillo was very helpful and a person the you feel like you have known forever. Thanks to Bob our move to Florida was a bit easier plus he gave me some great fishing spots in the area. Clean, secure, and friendly is what you are looking for. This is the place you are looking for.

First time ever renting a storage unit. May require more research than you think.
CubeSmart has several locations in Tampa, two of them on Bearss Ave. The 1402 E. Bearss location had a great promotional deal going on. 12×12 indoor, climate controlled, secured 2^nd floor unit for 15%, plus 50% for the first three months, no contract required. Basically, our three months rent cost less than one month.
Bob, the general manager, is extremely nice and helpful. He gave me a tour of the grounds and thoroughly explained the lock, gate, codes, procedures, etc. He also mentioned to just call their office directly every month to pay the rent, instead of online or the 1 – 800 number which charges a service fee.
The grounds are secured with 24-​survaillance and the owner lives onsite above the office. The only downside is that access is limited to 6am-​10pm. Suppose it will stop us from staying up too late making loads and probably helps to make the grounds more secure.
This just the perfect central location we were looking for as we move back closer to Tampa, yayayaya!
