Pat’s Gutter Service

Pat’s Gutter Service is now called All Around Gutters. We WERE loyal customers with an ongoing contact for gutter cleaning. We had them out a few weeks ago to do our gutters. While cleaning our gutters, their workers chipped paint off of our house. We just had our house painted to put it on the market.
I left a voice mail to let them know what had happened. I didn’t receive a return phone call after a few days, so I called again. This time I spoke with the owner, Pat. I told him what happened. He asked that I send a photo and offered to send one of his guys out to take a look. I sent the photo via email and never heard back.
Called YET AGAIN, left a message, and to this day – about a week or so later – I haven’t received a phone call. We paid for the service the day of and now I’m wishing we didn’t, as perhaps we’d have some leverage to get them back out to fix what they ruined.

I had them replace the gutters on the front of my house and install Rhino guards on them. They did an excellent job and I haven’t had to clean the gutters since. They were also priced more reasonably than the other company I had quote the job. Thanks.

Waste of money. They do not show on time. They spent maybe 15 minute when the got here for $ 119.
The next time they call my wife and apologize. They offer to do the next cleaning for free. They show up and still send us a bill. My wife calls them and they say disregard yet the bills comes every month plus interest.
We eventually pay them to avoid the mechanic’s lien, NEVER AGAIN!
