Food is good, service is not. Over priced and my food is never ready when I get there to pick it up. If it’s going to be more than 20 minutes that’s fine but just tell me the accurate time so I’m not sitting there for 20 more minutes like an idiot. Will not be returning as I’ve had this issue on more than one occasion at this point.

I ordered two small pizzas yesterday via GrubHub. One was a half cheese and half pepperoni for the kids and a chicken and broccoli with white sauce for myself. The kids enjoyed their pizza. Mine was a little light on the sauce so it felt kind of dry. This is a downfall with most places that offer a Chicken Alfredo pizza.
The crust was good. The kids opted for a thick crust over a thin. Mine was a little on the thick side which is how I guess this place makes it. Would be nice if I had a choice for a thin crust.
All in all they were decent pies. Not extravagent but mediocre in my opinion.
We tried them because it was something new. We have tried a few of the other places in Ludlow, MA. This was just different from the familiar places we have had over the years.
