I had the veggie lover 8″ pizza. Perfect crust. Sweet & attentive server. Comfortable setting. Reasonable prices.

Wow. I love great pizza and drove all the way from Los Angeles just to try this place. It was totally worth it. Among other things, im speculating that freshness has a lot to do with the top notch taste and texture. Among the best pizza Ive ever had. Plus Chyna (SP?), the girl at the counter who was also the server, was amazingly friendly and smiles a lot! She said she loves working here. That speaks volumes.

This is a great pizza place in a little desert town! The dough is made fresh & the pizza sauce is homemade — not from a can or jar. Their mozzarella cheese is grated fresh and onions and peppers are sliced daily. I usually order an X-​Large House Special which includes most of their toppings: pepperoni, Canadian bacon, sausage, black olives, sliced onions, & bell peppers. The garlic cheese bread is delicious — especially with jalapeños! The owner, Rock, is a great guy who is always making improvements and upgrades.

Really good. .. I mean. .. REALLY GOOD pizza! Service is friendly and good. Place is clean. People are so friendly and polite. They also do karaōke on Thursdays if you are interested.

Horrah for Rocks! 5 stars for being clean, friendly, fun for kids and… delicious! After 20 plus years of visiting Lucerne Valley we had pretty much given up on eating out. It was always disappointing, but after reading the other reviews, and a day of exploring the desert we decided to try Rocks! The pizza is really good! Thick yummy crust (almost like pretzel bread) and very fresh tasty toppings. We got a Junior cheese pizza for the two kids to share, a large 3 topping pizza for my hubs and I, and 2 ice cold beers and 2 giant glasses of Merlot (practically a whole bottle) and our bill was …$ 33! Out toppings were garlic, onions and bell peppers and the garlic was freshly chopped cloves! We will definitely be making a tradition of eating here. The décor is nothing fancy but the bathroom was clean as was the dining area. There’s video games for the kids so you can watch them play while you sip your liter of wine! Heaven in the desert.

I relied on Unilocal to direct me to a great place and, once again, we were not disappointed.
Tucked away in a small shopping center off Old Woman Spring Rd, you will find Rock’s.
We knew we found a great place when we noticed the boulder holding the glass front door, «Door Stop Rock.» :)
We were instantly greeted and offered any table. After our road trip, pizza and a glass of wine sounded perfect.
We ordered a carafe of Merlot, side salads and a teriyaki pizza with added cashews. All were delicious. Rock delivered waters and said his pie is usually more crisp but due to the amount of teriyaki sauce it was softer. We thought it was perfect. The pizza was salty but to be expected with teriyaki and cashews. We ate until we were stuffed.
I loved the home town feel and even though we were strangers, Rock and his team made us feel as though we were locals that frequented those parts on a regular basis.
We explained a food allergy and they even took the time to clean the utensils before making our pie.
If you find yourself in the Lucerne Valley, take the time to visit Rock. You will not be disappointed.

Found this place after coming back from dirt bike riding at Johnson Valley and we were truly surprised. This pizza is a winner, we didn’t think we could find a pizza as good as the one they made us, and the staff is friendly.
We will definitely come back when were out this way. Bravo Rock’s pizza.
