Service was perfect. The gentleman working there was very nice, relaxed, and helpful. I felt like he really knew his tea knowledge. You never want to go to a place like this with a worker that makes you confused with all the hundreds of different choices. The interior was extremely clean. It looked Spotless, streamlined and modern feeling.
The options were endless. They have some teas that are already ready to go into cups lining the wall; fountain drink style. I chose to order a tea to be made. There were literally hundreds of choices all displayed beautifully in glass jars. I landed on a white banana macaron tea slightly sweetened with vanilla. I did this because it seemed like that most ridiculous choice. Even though it sounds like a strange combo, it was perfect. I asked for it to be barely sweet and it was just that.
The last cool thing I will mention is you can preload a card for a $ 10 minimum and then that makes your first drink free! So worth it and a great incentive to get me to come back! Loved it! So great! Recommend highly and I am not even a tea fanatic. So if you love tea. You need to stop by here soon.

Just moved to Lubbock and found this gem right by my apartment. It’s adorable! They sell loose leaf tea, iced, hot, anyway you like it. It looks like a perfect study place. Get a tea card and your first drink is FREE!

Fantastic selection of tea. Just love their black peach tea. They have a kids cup to purchase for $ 10 and your child gets free refills every time. I love being able to bring my tall cup back for discounted refill prices. The drive thru makes it super convenient. I used to have to drive to Pure Water for great iced tea. So nice having something so close to home!

The location we visited was on Milwaukee – seemed very new. This was a new concept to us – most people were getting ice tea but we chose hot. If you have a hard time choosing, be ready to spend some time! Staff was very helpful and let us smell as many of the blends as we wanted to make the perfect pick. I had orange with a lemon sugar, and it was fabulous. (They have about six different flavored sugars.) Friend had peach, which was not as good, IMO. Servings are large, which was nice.

Great tea! The staff is very helpful, also they can help you pick the right tea leaves for your taste. The price to pick your own leaves is reasonably priced, but the pre-​made tea is very cheap and still awesome!

Tea 2 Go has a wide variety of herbal teas available to brew. All you do is walk in, literally smell which one you like best, and ask them to brew it. The people who work there are really helpful in helping you find the right flavor, and they’re prompt in brewing your tea. I usually spend $ 3.25 of something when I go, for a 32 oz, which is a great deal for freshly brewed herbal tea. If you haven’t tried it, just go! It’s a cool concept and I would really love to see this place flourish.

Tea2go offers a huge variety of herbal teas. They have every flavor you can think of. They pretty much brew the tea of your choice and then add ice to it. The staff is extraordinarily nice and its clean inside. They let you smell the tea before you choose so you kind of know what you’re getting into. I ordered the iced mango green tea, sweetened. I was pleased that it wasn’t overly sweet. Service is slow, but not unbearable. They also give you 15% off and a free tea if you purchase a gift card. I bought a $ 10 gift card and got two large teas for $ 3. The best thing about this place is they have a ton of variety. I’ll come back when I’m craving something other than iced green tea. Unless you’re craving something unique just stay home, brew your own tea, and throw ice in it.

I love tea… not sweet tea, but real, herbal tea. This place has a huge variety of black, white, oolong, weight loss, fruit etc tea. They also serve coffee… but I haven’t tried that yet.
LOVE the strawberry/​grapefruit/​lemon!!! It’s so refreshing! I’ve tried a black and white tea variety and enjoyed both of those as well. I’m going to say the locations are consistent in how they operate. I’m glad to see one in lubbock! I will definitely be a regular.
