The first time draft beer was not working and the kitchen was closed. I gave it another try a week later and still no food. Not going back.

Great hidden jewel. Back in a side strip center by a Walmart on 4th and Frankford is a comfy, warm, cozy little restaurant named Rosco’s. Great food and drinks. Pretty girls with drinks flowing out of a tower of ice in the middle of the bar. If your in Lubbock it’s one to check n2. Have the linguini and meatballs, ummmmm!!!

A nice, hidden surprise. Friends brought us here believing we might avoid Tech crowd following a game. A nice surprise. We walked right in and sat down. Everything was great — service, food, atmosphere. Very nice, hidden surprise. Already planning a return. Great place to hang out and watch sports. Hope it remains a secret.

At one point this was my favorite bar in town, but in the last year the staff has really gone down hill

Food was great. Drinks. Charged for doubled and weren’t even single pours. Specific said no doubles. Charged more for meal substitution then mine read. Sadly won’t go back.

Great food. Nice atmosphere inside. A little shocking once you walk in. We enjoyed our time. Had a few cocktails while we waited on dinner. It took a while during the Friday night dinner rush but was worth the wait. Poppers were a little spicy but a nice hidden place to go for a date night or to have dinner and drinks with friends.

Great food and nice place. The bacon wrapped shrimp appetizer was really good. The silk burger was amazing. One of the best burgers I’ve had in Lubbock. I saw another review where the person complained about how long it took to get their food. I agree that it takes a while but it was well worth the wait. If you want to go sit and have a nice time and are in no hurry, I would highly recommend eating here.

Without hesitation I can give this place 5 stars! The menu… Definitely not your typical sports bar menu. Chef Calvin has something very special going on here! I personally have had the pecan crusted chicken with a side of Mac-n-cheese it was unbelievably delicious! My husband had the burger and said it was really good. Now the atmosphere is very nice. I will be a regular here without a doubt. And will be working my way through the menu. Monday lunch will be the meat balls and bacon wrapped asparagus.

Loved the food! Jalapeño poppers, gouda mac & cheese, Cajun farfalle, pecan crusted chicken, and teriyaki skewers were all a hit with my group. Dessert apple cobbler was worth the wait fur homemade crust.

I enjoyed the food we had tonight. The Waite staff was busy but seemed to have their work cut out for them. Beers on tap were a bit scarce but the liquor on ice was a nice touch. Go here for the Huge tv’s is what I would suggest.

Kind of a tough location to find for a bar but once you get there it’s worth it. The service was great and the draught beer was pretty cheap– $ 2.75 for a pint of Shiner. The atmosphere is pretty mellow and definitely attracts an older crowd but we still enjoyed our time. I

After questioning the waitress that there was an extra drink on our tab, she took it off but our tab was more, we asked for a manager and the manager said that she then realized she had not charged us enough for the shots we had and charged us more. So even though we had bought appetizers and dinner and drinks(when the place was empty there was one other table and three people at the bar) they upped our tab after we saw it. We paid it and we will never go back. It was absolutely ridiculous. I would give zero stars but it made me give at least one.
