I stayed here in 2006 and had a great stay. Its in a nice part of town and I didnt give it a second thought this time. I should have read the reviews… Boy should I have read the reviews! So we arrived and there was what appeared to be a hooker asking for a job application. I thought it was funny but as you will read later she would have fit right in. We got up to the third floor and the entire floor was hazy like a bar from smoke. I entered my non smoking room and it was obvious that it was only called a non smoking room while we were in it. The first thing I noticed was a big skillet burn on the kitchen floor and I looked over at the nasty fridge and knew that I wouldnt be using it to store any food. The shelf that the microwave sat on was very nasty as well. The mirror had been keyed by what appeared to have been a gang member and the lamp shades were torn. I approached the beds and was surprised by how hard the mattresses were. The pubic hairs and sheet stains were a nice touch to this adventure as well. I had the misfortune of visiting the bathroom next. Wheew… where do I begin. Dirty floors, bad mirror, cigarette burns on the counter, mildew in the shower, The exhaust fan was hanging(probably because it was so furry with dust that it couldn’t support the weight) and the two little towels looked like dish towels. I considered leaving but we were already checked in, it was cheap, I was in a good part of town, and I just needed a place to sleep. I will never never ever stay at this place again. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. They have no daily house keeping and there is a «Trash room» that you throw your trash in… filled with bugs and flies and you have to hold your breath when you open the door. The owners should be ashamed to charge anyone money to stay at this place. I learned two important lessons. First I will never buy a stiff mattress and second I will ALWAYS read reviews no matter what. Stay away from this horrible place.

I spend most of my life in hotels for work and this place was one of the worst I have seen. Every hallway in the building was littered with trash and the carpets looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in over a year as they were filled with sunflower seeds, dirt, rocks and whatever else. There was a McDonald’s wrapper in the hall outside my door for the entire 2 weeks I stayed there. When I checked into my room there was left over Chinese food in my refrigerator. One of my windows didn’t close all the way so I had to listen to the people getting drunk in the parking lot at night. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

Although the room was clean enough and the bed was comfortable, I would not recommend this place. Their«Continental Breakfast» is a joke — it consists of apples, granola bars, coffee and oatmeal. None of the things I expect from a motel Continental Breakfast — like cereal, muffins or donuts — were found. My daughter tried to access their Wi-Fi and said that their Internet service was slow. Worst of all, this place is just depressing. We won’t be staying here again!

AVOIID, AVOID, AVOID… Room was so dirty that I actually took time to go purchase cleaning supplies and clear bathroom prior to a shower. Due to extended stay type facility there is no room service unless you pay extra. Based on what I had already paid and no option to change hotel(Texas Tech grad weekend) I was not paying more nor was I willing to believe they would do any better then prior to check in. Towels dirty… exchanged towels at front desk as is policy and«new» towels also dirty I purchased towels at local store to insure I had clean towels. I booked via Expedia– will be sending them pictures I tool of the filth and requesting refund plus suggesting they remove this facility from their options of places to book as I believe leaving it on any site reflects poorly on the site.

Worst hotel I have stayed in. Wife and I checked in on Friday 9⁄12 and left 9⁄14. We had to change from room 217 to room 203 because of a fly issue. We killed 6 fly’s in the first few minute when inspecting the room, only to find about 5 more that needed to be killed as well. The smell was of cigarette smoke and Pine Air Freshener. So we moved to room 203, shower had mold on it, dead bugs under the a/c. Pull out the small table that the phone is on, dirt and dust every where. The sheet were stained and the carpets had stains. The hotel is probably 20 years old and needs a major upgrade. Its dirty dirty dirty. Never again.

To start we prepaid and on arrival we were down graded. There are soft spots in the flooring that feel like they may give way. The carpet is old worn and had torn areas. Our room had signs of water damage. The hall areas of the hotel had a bad smell. Then to top it off the sheets had stains on them. I would not recommend this hotel.
