Horrible, worst pizza hut I’ve ever experienced. I haven’t had pizza hut in a while, and really wanted a stuft crust pizza. I’ve had this pizza before at other pizza huts and it was good when I had them there. After picking up my order, went home and took a bite, I was disgusted. Pizza was undercooked, doughy, and unusually greasy. I also got breadsticks and wings, also not good. The breadsticks were overcooked and hard, and the «wings“were dinky sized nuggets that you would get from a typical fast food place that were soggy and dissapointing. Do yourself a favor and get a frozen pizza from the store, at least if you don’t like it your only out 7 bucks instead of 25.

It seems like Pizza Huts management structure is lacking communication on how to take care of its customers.
Each location is understaffed and theirs issues galore…

Horrible! If you place an order online at 5 and put that you’re picking up at 7, why is the order not ready at 7? It’s 7:15 and I’m still sitting around for my order. Wtf? This is just ridiculous. And so I asked why that is. The response I get was that I’m not their only customer. Well excuse me! I asked nicely. No need to be rude about it.

I had placed a $ 15. Order online at 7:55, it was delivered at 9:30, the order after tax was $ 16.05 online but when the food finally arrived it was now $ 19. They said tax n delivery fee wasn’t added. Funny what was the extra $ 1.05 for? Oh there is an extra tax online, WTF, really the pizza delivery guy get $ 6. yet as a waitress I only get $ 3., hua, n They can write off the gas in taxes, thanks 4 fuckin me Pizza Hut! Luv paying $ 20. For a 2 toppin shitty pizza n a 20oz soda, this is y I never order from u!!! U SUX!!!

One night about 8 pm I got a craving for pizza hut, so I ordered online. Estimated delivery was 8:45. By 10, it still hadn’t arrived so I called the store, which was closed. I checked my bank account and sure enough I had been charged. I had a pb&j sandwich and went to bed bummed. I called the next day and spoke to the manager who confirmed that my order was never delivered. He credited my card and offered me a store credit for the order, which was like $ 19 and change. I never got around to using it until several months later, when I was dirt poor until payday. Asked to speak to the manager and explained what had happened. He had no record of my credit and made me out to be some kind of scammer. He eventually offered me a free order of breadsticks. Blehh. Not impressed.
