Fio’s Express

I ordered the very hot wings and it was mildly hot. Pepperoni on
pizza tasted old. Also it was my first online order and I never got the 10% discount.
Would not recommend this place.

I ordered online and was given 30 minute delivery wait time. After one hour I called to see where my order was and I was told it with the driver and on its way. 15 minutes later, no food. I called again and spoke with a manager who told the order was not made because no one saw the order come in online. Hmmm. I can’t say anything bad about the food because the employees can even get the order process right.

Giving it 2 stars only because the food is okay. I’ve ordered delivery from Fio’s multiple times now and I’ve never had a problem. The food is average and the delivery is quickish. The delivery drivers have always been friendly or at least polite until recently.
I got delivery last week and the employee was different from the other times. She was extremely rude with a huge attitude. She called saying she didn’t know where my apartment was. I could see her outside my window and tried directing her (no one else has ever had a problem finding my building, it’s very obvious) but with every direction I told her she just paused and kept saying «I have literally no clue what you’re talking about.» Even though I stated I could see her, and to walk towards the building with giant banners on the building saying the apartment name, she still had NO clue.
She finally made it to my unit, I opened the door and she didn’t even say «hi» or «how are you?» Just «$ 19.08.» I gave her cash and told her to have a good one, she just walked away and sighed. Really?! After I noticed she had no manners when I opened the door, I did take away $ 1 from her tip– ask anyone, I’m a very generous tipper, but this girl was just rude and had a nasty tone the whole time.
I’d much rather just go somewhere else now rather than having to chance getting her again. She definitely gave off the vibe that she spit in your food.

Even though the food is passable for being open until 3 am, the customer service lacks any flavor at all. I have ordered from them many times but never without a problem. The delivery driver is always rude. Even though I only had exact change, I had always tipped generously in the past. He insisted I HAD to tip him to compensate for the «8 miles» he had driven. After a little curiosity, the establishment is only 2 miles away from my house. After calling in and asking to speak to a manager, I was told he would call me back and still have received a phone call. I definitely would NOT recommend this establishment if you do not like service with a smile.

Kinda bummed with my experience tonight since I’ve ordered from Fio’s before and loved it. Ordered a large Cheese Fries and a soda… not overly difficult. Order arrived, but no soda. Also, the fries looked like a medium size in a large container. There were so few in there that I could see almost a third of the bottom. I’ve ordered from here several times before so I know what to expect and this was not it. This was sad. So I called back to tell them about the soda and the fries. I mention the soda and then the man on the phone says he’ll call the driver and hangs up before I can say anything else. I was so frustrated I didn’t even bother calling back. Hopefully this is a one time thing because, like I said, I usually really enjoy ordering from Fio’s.

Haven’t been in quite awhile. Had decent food, but had a beat up establishment (small, dirty)

Five Stars for not pretending to be anything but what they are, great greasy subs and pizza at super late night (s)!
Teriyaki Cheese Steak? Amazing, especially with extra teriyaki!
Perfect after drinking, 2−3am, snack!
