Dunkin’ Donuts

I usually get my coffee every morning before school but I stopped there in the afternoon around maybe 3, ordered 1 medium iced, 1 small iced and a smoothie. Also needed foam cups for those since I walked 25 mins to get there. Anyways, I waited 15 mins for my 2 iced coffees and meanwhile I kept asking the employees when my smoothie was going to be done every 3 mins, because who takes a whole 20 mins with a smoothie. Two employees were lost and taking their sweet old time when there was a customer behind me waiting since I was here, but back to the employees, one couldn’t find the hot cup button took her 10 mins, the other girl was rude and made my coffee sticky and too sugary! Complained to her and also waiting for a manger to come up. After me waiting for about a hour for 4 simple stuff the manager walked up to the counter when I was leaving. So they decided to work much faster since the manager was there! Oh and another thing to add, I seen 2 customers experienced what I did and left swearing at the employees and also leaving this bad service fast food. Wish I experienced a better service.

Very nice service I just got one drink it was right no complaints. With Dunkin’ Donuts it’s always a hit or miss this time it was a hit. Now I have a drink and I’m no longer Thursday there’s truly no more to say.

Two registers and only one has a scanner. Have to enter all numbers for the Mobile app. Shouldn’t every register have a scanner?

This is the Best Dunkins in Lowell which is like saying this is King Turd on Poop Mountain. However, they always make the coffee right, they always hustle, and most of the employees have a good sense of humor.

What more or less can you say it’s a dunks some are better then others. Love the week day morning girls !

VERY SLOW SERVICE… Ok, I got to this Dunkin arnd 8/​9pm, thats late evening which is not busy. There was another car in front of me probably waiting for a good 5min to order since i arrived. When it was my turn to order, guess what, i had to wait that long to order too and there was only that other car & I @ this Dunkin. As if waiting abt 5min to order was not bad enough, when i pulled up to pay, the kid took ages to process my card, wth? Man, lucky the Ice coffee made was good or else this wld of been a 1. Oh and also, they did not apologogize for the wait, tsk tsk.
