Seriously the SLOWEST sonic ever. We walked up to order. Sitting her for at least 10 minutes. The manager was doing an interview and is completely ignoring the fact that they are busy. Still no food. I wonder if it will even be hot? Ok. Food is hot. But the car hop walked off with my card… I have been here 15 minutes now. Could have gone to a full restaurant in that time. Now I see why they have such a low rating.

I’ll start this with the fact that this is my fav fast food place on the planet and I nearly cried when we found out that we were moving within a half mile of a sonic :). Just like every other review here the service is extremely slow! It’s cool that they serve breakfast all day though… I like that. The tots are freakin awesome. I often go there just to down a size medium to a large, but it’s crucial that I finish them before I get home so my wife doesn’t complain that I eat there too much… and don’t even get me going on the grape slushy’s. All in all they just need better management to help increase the service.

Understaffed and slow. …Always. Tried ordering from drive through five times in the last month. … and never got an order in. After not moving in the drive through lane after five minutes each time, we gave up and left. Never gets any better over the years. Ownership needs to invest in more staff to actually be able to complete an order. What’s the point of spending millions to build a restaurant when customers can’t get an order in to make the money back? I thought the Loveland Arby’s was the slowest fast food on earth, but this place is now number 1.

Terrible sonic! After taking a long time to take our order of five small drinks, they proceeded to get four of five right AFTER a 28 minute wait. We weren’t the only ones w this problem. We tried to talk to the poor server but she just walked off. Honestly, I’d have to quit if I worked at this place. The manager needs to get it together. To recap, if have 30 minutes to loose in a hot car, in 100 degree weather with a high chance to get the drink you ordered then this is your place!

On a Friday night we dropped in here for some ice cream. After finally deciding on what we wanted we tried to order and then the speaker came on and said the ordering system was broke and we needed to go through the drive through for service. Are you kidding me? There was a long walk up line at the drive thru of teenagers and we refused to do business here so went to another Sonic instead. This is the second time we have stopped here and both times now this place has not even been worth our time for doing so. Last time they messed up our order and now they don’t even have a functional speaker system to order from. Don’t think we will ever stop in here again, went to the Sonic on the other side of town and had a much better experience. What a joke this place is truthfully, need new management in our opinion.

Service is not a high point here. The drive thru was busted, so I had to park. When i informed the staff of the speaker issue they simply said they’d tell the manager. From the response i think maybe its not really busted, but that it was being ignored. No apologies made. This stop took much longer than necessary. Plus, I had to ask for cream and sugar for my coffee since it was not offered. Maybe that is a Colorado thing though because other places do the same; they make you ask. If i wasn’t a starving pregnant lady I’d have left. Others who parked near me seemed equally perturbed about the slow service.
