I had 2 speakers installed in my front doors along with 2 speakers in my rear deck along with a 400w amp. First time I picked it up I could barely hear anything out of my front speakers and that is with the balance on my deck turned all the way up in front. I took it back to them and they turned the amp all the way up and now there’s more sound but the rear speakers are still way louder and even when the deck is on mute there is a faint electronic«on» noise that won’t go away. They tried to tell me that the reason for my problem is because my amp isn’t strong enough… I just talked to a few different people and was told that, that isn’t the case. I now have to take my car to Best Buy or Car-toys and spend more money to fix it. I should’ve just spent the more money and got them to do it the first time! Update! I just took it to Car-toys and got it fixed. Apparently, I was told one of the reasons for the bad speaker connection is that they only used one pair of RCA’s. I remember the installer for Solar Customz telling me that only one pair of RCA’s was possible… NOTTHECASE. Also, Car-toys fixed the electronic«on» sound I was hearing that was coming from the stereo. The owner of manager of System Customz has firmly informed me that the install was done correctly but the speakers in the doors were only held on by two screws! I wish I could attach or short video to this review. He gave me the excuse that they only used the install kit I gave him. I’ll concede that install kit was of a sub-par quality but the fact that the speakers were only held on by two screws is no excuse. One of my speakers actually blew because of the sub-par install. I will be submitting a complaint to the BBB.
