we have shopped in this store since we moved to Loveland 16 years ago Everyone there has always been very pleasant, polite, and helpful. The pharmacy staff is great. we have ordered many birthday and graduation cakes over the years and have been very happy with the quality most of these were last minute orders. Last year the floral department did an outstanding job preparing two beautiful arrangements for my daughters memorial service. I am in that store two or three times a week I have never had a bad experience and I am a grumpy person who is always in a hurry.

Like the smell of cigarette smoke? Well this is the store for you. Why in the world would the management of this store set up the employee smoking area right outside the front door of the store? You have to walk through a cloud of smoke to get in the store and walk back out through it leaving the store.

This is strictly for your Pharmacy! You guys are so incredibly rude and unhelpful. You treat people like they are a nuisance. I had a horrible experience once before and chalked it up to someone having a bad day. Until the last few days of calling and trying to figure out an error from my Doctor or a system issue, I probably spoke to every single pharmacy employee. I’ve decided that I am finished giving you my business all together. Grocery shopping and pharmacy. In every call, which was like eight, I was treated like I was a nuisance. I spend A LOT of money in your grocery store and I won’t recommend your store to anyone any longer.

We have been long-time loyal customers but Jackie is dishonest and rude. She said she applied the points that for some reason did not show on our receipt but when we followed up with the 800 number customer service, we were told no points had been added. King Soopers main customer service took care of it but you have to wonder when a store employee lies about something so minor, what else is going on…

Pharmacy is so unorganized it is pathetic. Never have more than 1 person taking care of customer but 100’s of prescription’s filled &5or 6 people still filling or talking on phone. when you do get to the window they alway’s have the wrong insurance. At least for us(today 5 mo. A free insurance change. Staff is extreamally rude probably they hate people! Must be easier to fill prescriptions than interact with the customer.

This is my favorite grocery store in Loveland. They have an excellent selection of fruits and vegetables and I feel like they’re expanding their organic offerings. The store is clean and organized. One complaint I have is that the aisles are way too tight… I would not recommend going on the weekend if you’re easily agitated. It looks like a couple other Unilocalsters have commented on the pharmacy. I have to agree. When I need a prescription I dread going to this pharmacy. There are some really grumpy and possibly very overworked staff at the pharmacy… And a couple other staff members who are a pleasure to work with… it’s just the luck of the draw. The store is located in the shopping center that also houses a King Soopers gas station, two pizza places, two good restaurants, a mail center, and a dry cleaner… Very convenient!

This review is related specifically to the pharmacy. Dealing with you routinely being out of stock on a medication I fill here each and every month has gotten old. This time it’s even worse than usual, with your staff checking on the inventory when I dropped the prescription off two days ago. The med was in stock but I chose to not to wait for it due to your one hour wait time. Now I’ve arrived to pick up the prescription and you state that it’s out of stock. How does this happen? Why wasn’t inventory allocated to my prescription at the time I dropped it off? My time is valuable and now I will be spending the rest of my morning running around town trying to full a simple prescription. I’ve now arrived at Safeway and they say they can fill this prescription in 20 minutes. I seem to have fewer and fewer reasons to go to King Soopers at all anymore. I used to go primarily because I got my prescriptions filled there. Maybe my life would be easier if I just went to Safeway.

Grew up here. Love this place. But the pharmacy staff is extremely rude. I will actually be changing my pharmacy due to their attitude.

Love the friendly staff. Great store selection pharmacy is never staffed well enough. Walk up window is always closed. Phoned in prescriptions never ready My only success is drop off prescription and return 24 hours later. TOTALINCONVENIENCE with 10 mile each way trip. Grumpy Pharmacy staff. Learn to be happy.

Of course pleasant staff! Very nicely displays in the entire store. Very modern up fittings! I absolutely hate the traffic flow at the fuel station!!!

Beautiful store, great selection, and mostly friendly staff. Prices are quite high compared to Safeway whom I always thought was more expensive. It’s got a Whole Foods vibe, but the same items are cheaper everywhere else.

To start off, I noticed someone was complaining because items move around and they have to «relearn where things are». Apparently, you have never gone shopping before. King Soopers is far from being the only store that moves things around. Stores do this for a number of reasons. The main reason is to give new light to items that have been sitting around for a while. Have you ever walked into a store and saw something for the first time. You may think it’s a new item, but most times it is because the store has moved things around. You only think it’s new because you didn’t see it before, even though it’s been there for months. King Soopers is the only grocery store I have seen that has a sushi bar. It’s not like other stores like Safeway that has pre-packaged sushi. God only knows where it came from or how old it is. At King Soopers the sushi is made fresh, right before your eyes. The gourmet cheese and olive bar are amazing. I got to talking with one of the ladies that works the cheese area, she was VERY helpful. You don’t need to buy a large portion, the«cheese people» will cut the large blocks down to a smaller size for you. It’s a great way to expand and try new things. The store is very well organized and clean. I remember the first time I walked into this store, I was in awe. I kept walking through the store saying«wow». I’ve tried shopping at the Soopers on Lincoln, I had an arm full of stuff, but I couldn’t do it. I dropped my stuff and drove to this Soopers. I won’t shop anywhere else.

OK again already. KS has moved items all around on different shelves AGAIN. What on earth are they thinking? It is super irritating to have to re-learn where items are located. The product placement makes even less sense than it did before. I’m P-O’ed. Riddle me this Batman, why are KS’s speciality cheeses more expensive than the same items at Whole Foods in FoCo?

Great, fresh sushi. It was actually being made right there. Nice store with a great ambiance and a lot of fresh items

Coco Cardona cheese –cocoa dusted semi-soft goat milk cheese. (With a glass of port… at home, not in the store) This place could give Whole Foods a run for the money.
