We are very impressed with Wes and his knowledge during the water testing and demonstration of the difference of the quality of the water with the Rain Soft system. Our unit was installed the next day by Lonny who did a great job and took the time and care to make sure it looked good and that we were happy with the placement of the unit. Both gentlemen were a pleasure to have in our house.

I was very impressed with Nick’s demonstration of my water and it’s contents. He answered every question I had without hesitation. I could tell he has taken time to learn about this product and it’s results. The unit was installed the next day. Lonnie was very pleasant and knew exactly what he was doing. Everything was installed in a couple of hours. I was very impressed with my soft load of laundry. That night I also washed my hair and it was softer than normal. I am very pleased with the Rain Soft Water Treatment System. I was also surprised to discover my refrigerator water filter only filters out the chlorine. That was a surprise to see what was left behind.

My water has never been better, since I had my Rainsoft water treatment system installed in my home. I would highly recommend this company. They have the best warranty «lifetime» the best customer service and I now have the best water in my neighborhood.
