Absolutely horrible customer service. My wife and I visited this store on December 8th, 2012. Outlet/strip mall style location. This store sits almost alone on one side of the mall. After walking around, we decided to visit this store for our last stop. Unfortunately if we did not schedule this as our last stop in shoping, it would have been after visiting. The customer service was pathetic and dismissive. The store was mildly busy. Customer reps standing around the counter talking. This is not a big store by any means. Three multi-use show rooms with the special theatre show room for the new special TV. When we entered, the looked at us and didn’t even bother to acknowledge us in the least other than a look of «your bothering us» and turning back around and kept talking to each other(there were about 7 – 8 employees in the store that I could see). That is not really something that bothers me a whole lot, but a friendly«Hello» would at least make the store more welcoming. It’s not like my wife and I were dressed like slobs. Infact we were very nicely dressed(young perhaps). We meandered around the store a bit just to get an idea were everything was. When we walked over to see what was being featured in the Theatre room, we were curtly asked if we wanted to see the presentation by a fairly rude service rep. We advised her that it would be nice. We waited about 20 minutes for her to «gather up» other people to watch the presentation(which lasted about 10 minutes). After the«presentation» my wife and I continued to look at specific systems in one of the show rooms. We were seriously considering both systems. We were in the room for about 20 minutes looking and comparing the sound quality, ease of use, and the overall presentation/look of the systems. No one came to ask if we needed help. The«girl» who had completed the«presentation» came in with another couple and rudly told us we needed to leave the show room so she could work with the other couple and that the current system we were looking at was in another room… We did go to the other room hoping for service… none came, even when the«girl» was not helping the other customers. The entire time my wife and I were in the store, no one asked if they could help us, the group of talking customer reps were in the exact same place when we left the store as when we entered. Absolutely horrid service. My wife and I were seriously considering purchasing an entire home theatre system to replace the old one. $ 4,000 plus still in my pocket that Bose will never see due to the abominable service and complete disregard shown to us at this store. If this is the face that Bose is willing to put out there, they will never see a dollar from my wife or myself.

Location review only… I felt so sad that they placed a wonderful Bose, all alone in a empty, going out of business outlet mall, in the middle of nowheresville! I swear I saw a tumble weed pass me in front of the store. *(Tumble weeds that are my height are a pure sign for«get the hell outta there quick!) I felt like I was in a Western movie in a shoot out, no joke! That’s how desolate the place was. I was waiting for the floor reps to put their«Out of Business» sign up, since all the other stores were following suit. Yikes! I was so overwhelmed by where to park, the parking lot was so empty, I wanted to drive donuts, peel out, and park my car as if it was in the Fast and the Furious — sideways, car show style, red zone, I was even getting brave to park in all of the handicapable spaces! There was only 2 cars in a 150 spaces.
