Wouldn’t recommend this gym. They’ve created a huge headache for my mom ever since she canceled her membership and have charged several ridiculous and unexpected fees. Planet Fitness is a thousand times better and the staff is infinitely friendlier and much more helpful.

Be very careful when you consider this health club. The gym does appear clean with good equipment but be very careful when signing anything. They will have you with a signed contract before you can blink your eye!
I joined this gym in April 22, 2015 and as of June 3, 2015 have incurred charges totaling $ 460. for personal training. I have received one 30 min. session. First two appointments the trainer never showed. The contracts are done electronically and hardcopies are not provided to the customer. The gym says the contracts are emailed however I had to physically go to the gym to get mine. By that time it’s too late to cancel. They advertise that they are a «green» company and therefore everything is done by email. When the email arrives it is not identified as being from YouFit and comes only under the heading of the city where the club is located. In my case «Louisville.» The company advertises no long term contracts: however, that is simply not true. I’d advise anyone to check this organization out before walking in the door.

Brand new and squeaky clean. Just opened April 1^st. Located next to Barnes and Noble bookstore and is a welcome addition to the area since there are no gyms nearby. So far I have worked three times and feel comfortable and at home. Hours open are convenient. Gym is not overcrowded and plenty of equipment choices for a variety of different workouts whether it’s cardio or weights. Nice touch is that each of the cardio machines have integrated flat screen tv’s to watch with a variety of tv cable channels. There are plenty of hand sanitizer stations and spray bottles with paper towel dispensers to stay germ free. Price structure is reasonable and no long term contracts to sign. Staff is also very friendly and décor is Bright lime green for a happy upbeat vibe.
I changed my review to one star because they have closed the gym permanently without giving any notice to staff or members. Notified by email today that the location was closing today. That’s bad business. Was told my my membership was being transferred to other location. Other location is not convenient and canceled membership today.
