I love this bar. All of the servers, mixologists… they aim to please, super nice. Great salads to offset the great tequila selection. Try casa azule. Nectar. Worth the price. Sante fe salad is a great pairing…

Been here for a couple happy hours. Love the sweet potato fries. Good service. The tacos can be extremely spicy so beware.

Totally cool and happening spot in downtown Louisville on Main Street. It’s got a great pub appeal but includes plenty of great non beer options including a decent wine by the glass list. I didn’t eat food but I’ll definitely come back to try. A warm and friendly atmosphere for all to enjoy!

This restaurant celebrates the music of Johnny Cash and other rock and roll type items. We had the smoked wings and we found them quite quite good. The Signature Potato Burger was a very interesting burger that maintained a lot of flavor. Patrons are allowed to put whatever toppings they want on their burger, but I probably would have preferred if the chef would have picked a good set of toppings for the burger. Maybe that’s personal preference. I tried my friend’s macaroni and cheese and it wasn’t anything to write home about. Nor was the ceasar salad. Nonetheless, I think the overall quality of this place is nice, and I especially like the atmosphere. I recommend that you spend money at this establishment.

Love their happy hour food. Its cheap but good — I have only been here for the happy hour for a few times. Sometimes the place gets too crowded and you have to wait for a long time for someone to attend but the food is definitely good.

What would prompt two people from Glendale to visit Louisville on a Thursday night? The Boulder Swing Collective with Jeremy Mohney, of course! Jeremy Mohney is my favorite swing musician in all of Colorado. You need to internet stalk him, follow him on Facebook, listen on Sound Cloud, and then attend one of his gigs. Waterloo was a great venue for us. We were the only dancing couple for a long while and we have the floor to ourselves. Loved that wood floor. We also ordered a couple drinks along with their fries with cheese sauce. It was good, though I wish the fries were more substantial, but that’s just me after returning from Europe.

I love love love their potato burgers. It is my favorite place to go when we are visiting. The inside looks like something you would find in Austin, music lovers will enjoy it, they have live music. Such a great place day or night.

I actually really enjoyed this place. The food was pretty good, and so was the service. However, the drink was abysmal and pricey. Bleh. Avoid the whisky one I can’t remember what it’s called, but bleh.

I’ve only been here twice so far, but both times I had a great experience. The food was amazing and the service was pretty good. Highly recommend the potato burger. Keep up the great work! I feel like these local places always start off great then fade with time. So keep doing what you’re doing!

I have always received great service here, and the food is delish! I have tried their mac and cheese, Caesar salad, tacos and baked potatoes and they were all very tasty. The back patio is my favorite place to sit. When it is cold you may still sit outside because they have a fire outside and heaters we well. Definitely recommend!

I come here for lunch every so often. Has a funky diner meets bar meets country/rock feel. Has a variety of sandwiches and entrees and burgers. The onion ring alone are worth checking this place out. Service is always pleasant, offers streetside outdoor patio seating, as well as a more intimate back patio. Great atmosphere, definitely on my rotation of lunch places for Louisville.

Sadly, had a very negative experience here over the weekend. After the kitchen closed(It was a Friday night and not even Midnight yet), a friend asked the manager if we could order a pizza to be brought in and were told yes. When the pizza arrived the manager said he was just kidding and we needed to leave or eat on the back patio(it was 40 degrees outside). After trying to have a conversation about the obvious mix up on his behalf, we were kicked out and told never to come back. I have never been so treated so badly in a place of business and as a customer. The manager on duty handled the situation completely unprofessionally. Maybe he was having a bad night, I don’t know, but the experience has now spoiled this place for myself and my friends, who as locals frequent the place often.:(

I really like this place! It has that Austin feel to it and the menu has a great variety of delicious options. I’m addicted to the Waterloo Burger with the grass fed beef loaded with nearly all the additional toppings offered. Since the menu is diverse, I usually suggest The Waterloo when I’m with a group of friends. My personal favorites on the menu are the Harvest Spinach Salad, Waterloo Burger, Huevos and the Austin Philly. Wait staff is super friendly and the décor kicks butt! Family friendly in the early part of the evening and then it turns into a fun bar/music venue later into the night. Super cool place! Cons? Not really… This place can be a little loud when crowded, but reasonable compared to some of the other establishments on Main. The sweet potato or white potato fries can be inconsistent, not sure why? But other than that, full bar and the food is very good! Moderately priced eatery and drinkery :-) God Bless Johnny Cash!

The street tacos(chicken) are fabulous. We split a couple plates of various tacos(pescado, street) and while the fish(mahi) were good, the street tacos were special. Highly recommended! Add to that the ambience, music, cheerful staff, and it was a terrific lunch.

Impromptu Lunch here with my girlfriend during our break. I googled«Food Near Me» and this place came up, had an interesting menu, so off we went. No dedicated parking lot, so we did have to park on the street in the neighborhood behind the restaurant, but it was a sunny day, and a nice walk down Main St. to the front door! Waitstaff was awesome, we were greeted and seated immediately, and our drink orders got to the table fast. I ordered the Mahi Sandwich, with a side salad, fish was perfectly breaded and cooked, although the sandwich could have used a bit more coleslaw to moisten it up a bit. Girlfriend ordered the barbecue plate with brisket and pork, she says it rivals the BBQ at Lulu’s down the street. Planning on bringing family here when they visit, and would love to catch a show here sometime. 5

I love The Waterloo in the heart of Louisville. Great atmosphere, nice friendly staff and it’s an ode to Johnny Cash. I tired the chicken verda mac n cheese and hummus plate. Both were outstanding.

I love this, I think it might be my fave Louisville restaurant! Stopped in after seeing the logo and making the Austin connection, so glad we did! We had beer, the queso fresco, and some entrees. The queso was and the chips were amazing! I had the Santa Fe salad, and I felt a little bit like a baby, but when they say chipotle ranch, they mean it! It was pretty freaking spicy. My partner had a Waterloo burger and said it was good. We sat on the back porch with the fiery guitar and had a really pleasant time. We’ll be back any time we make the trek from Denver!

We stopped here early on a Friday night before the crowds, we were even able to sit outside. The food here is nothing special and priced too high vs the quality of the food. My date had the Mac n Cheese and it was just okay nothing real great about it sort of bland. I had the Waterloo burger for $ 11 for a hamburger that cannot compete with a lot of other bar food burgers that cost much less. The bun was dry and the meat was overcooked and over seasoned. The service was slow and our waitress seemed as though she wasn’t happy to be there. I wouldn’t go there again for food but maybe a beer or a cocktail.
