17 minutes for eat in order. A simple order, nothing difficult. There are at least 7 workers that I can see. This is including the 2 I’ve seen on break while people are waiting. Of the 4 cars that have advanced, whilst I slurp on hot sauce packets to stave off starvation. 3 have come back in to correct their order. I’ve only timed one, but by all appearances that is an additional 8 – 10 minutes. For those of you considering a taco; be advised the two sit down Mexican restaurants nearby would be faster, even if you walked to them. With a bum leg. In the snow. As this location is also known for regularly running out of key ingredients(there are only like 8 ingredients in the whole menu), I strongly encourage you to add something called«management» to the next order.

Out of nachos??? How could a manager let this happen??? Waited in the drive thru 15+ minutes. Not FASTFOOD. disappointed is an understatement.

The food has consistently met expectation, as Taco Bell goes. The wait time at this particular location however has been consistently poor on Sunday evenings. We waited approximately 15 minutes for most of our order, and another 8 minutes for the items that were left out on the first pass.

The service here was relatively fast even with a new employee behind the counter. The food came out correct and was delicious. The store could have been a bit more clean, but there was nothing about it that would make you lose your appetite over. All and all, a typical Taco Bell.

This restaurant has employees who do not care about their jobs. We constantly get the wrong food when going through Drive thru. The Taco Bell on new cut is managed and run much much better.

This Taco Bell takes usually more than 10 minutes to get a simple order when dining in. Today: 13 min.
