If you wont a friendly and helpful place to get a phone or activate a line. Then this is the store to go too. Kevin Zencka is very knowledgeable about the the company as well as how to fix phones. He was very kind and understanding when it came to working out a payments. Even how to get my new smart phone. Let me tell you it is way better then the iphone5 Booooooo!!! Lol ;)so any who get off your broken cheap phone and go get the next big thing thew T-​Moble today!

I have been a loyal T-​Mobile customer for years, and I have visited several of the stores within the city of Louisville. Although all have the latest cellular devices, one store stands out as the best. This is because not only can the competent staff point me to the latest and greatest device, but they take the time to find out exactly what my needs and expectations are when it comes to my smart-​phone. After this assessment, they take the time to show which phone will be best for me! They treat me with the care that I would expect if I were part of their family, and this means alot to me. After the sale, they continue to stand ready to provide excellent customer service and follow up care!
The location is nice-​I can treat myself to some great food or drink while I am in the area.
