My chai was perfectly adequate.
The location is good as a drive through, but the parking lot is tight and tricky. And the inside was a mess. A good portion of the public, customer part of the shop is occupied by masses of boxes. Several vacant tables were dirty, and remained so throughout our time there.

Sadly unprofessional, understaffed, make frequent errors.
Two days ago we had to wait for the cashier to hang up his phone. We were the only customers in the store.
Usually errors are minor and easily fixed.
Today both of our frapps were wrong. They aren’t difficult by Starbucks standard. The tall caramel frappé with an extra shot, no whip. Came out macchiato. Then came out with mocha. Then finally appeared correct, but was without extra shot and no drizzle. My hubby decided to just take it, out of frustration.
I don’t think it was charged right either. Over $ 11 for 2 tall frappes.
We will be looking to travel a lil farther for a better store.

This store is woefully understaffed! The staff are friendly and try hard, but during rushes, both drive through and walk-​in it is apparent that there are never enough staff to accommodate the traffic. I mean why have two cash registers if you only use one? And in most cases the person at the one cash register has to operate the oven for both drive through and walk-​in customers food orders. I have visited Starbucks in over 20 states and I love their coffee and never have I seen a store so poorly managed.

Great coffee and lots of it! Even though I get decaf or half caf — I still can’t find a place that makes coffee like starbucks! :-) And their veggie breakfast selection, mmmm…
Although I haven’t lived near too many Heine Brothers — you Unilocalers out there that are big fans out there of them, don’t dismay, the times I’ve tried them, they have been comparable… but since I’ve been without a Starbucks within a considerable radius for quite sometime — it was like coming home.
Their atmosphere is the epitome of what a coffee house should be, their coffee is just strong enough — and when you add the shots of espresso — all more the better to scrub paint off kitchen counters with, my dearie! :p LOL.
