I would not even give them 1 Star, but the rating system requires you to select at least one.
If you enjoy haggling over drain cleaning services these are your guys. Almost every time I’ve had them out to do work I feel like I’m buying a used car from some shady USED CAR DEALER.
Here’s how it goes:
— They give you some crazy HIGH QUOTE.
— You say, your way to high and show them to the door.
— They leave and sit in there truck out front until they get approval to now be fair and offer a you reasonable price.
— As your calling a reasonable plumber to unclog your drain, you get an incoming call from a Roto-​Rooter manager offering a reasonable price. (Because now they want the work since they have service in the area)
In the past I have played there shell games… NOT ANYMORE!!!
It’s a shame you have to negotiate a fair price from someone you have been doing business with for years!
