I keep coming back here solely out of convenience and nearly nothing else. Qdoba used to be an amazing alternative to fast food, and now the quality of service and food taste keeps dropping. At this location, I always wait just a little bit longer than I should have to at a lined up food service chain like Qdoba. Also, the ingredients just don’t taste fresh here. The last time I had the guacamole it had the distinct taste of sitting in a plastic bag for a while. My favorite dish at Qdoba, for many years, has been the Nachos with chips on the side. My last order somehow managed to have gobs of salt on nearly every nearly stale chip I had. This location has potential, and it’s been great in the past. I have a feeling my last experience won’t be my last stop here. This Qdoba is in a perfect location on Poplar Level road and has a nice area for outdoor seating. While I do hope for higher food quality in my future visits, the food at Qdoba hasn’t reached Taco Bell levels of low quality.

Went there today for lunch and the place is always a mess! The GM there was rushing through making my food and barley put any chicken in my naked«chicken» burrito. After I had nicely asked for him to add more, he then informs me that there would be a $ 2 up charge. He was also not very nice about it. Especially considering that I was the only customer in line. They have lost my business.

This location is a notch above the chain’s other locations. This store seems to be more generous with their portions and the dining room is cleaner and quieter than those at other locations. However, they do have much the same unhappy employees. Even so the chicken burritos sure are great!

I frequent this qdoba solely on convenience. The food is usually subpar and the staff always seems annoyed that they have to do their job. There has only been two times when an employee was actually friendly. I’m writing a review now because I just got food there(3 cheese vegetarian nachos) and not only did they give me a very small amount of chips but there was a large piece of plastic in my nachos, possibly a wrapper from something and a questionable, hard green colored object in my sour cream. Also, for 3-cheese queso nachos they barely give you any queso. Considering the name of the dish you would think there would be more of the queso than anything else. My significant other had a burrito and it was so poorly wrapped he had to put all of the ingredients in a bowl when he got home and just threw the tortilla away. I wish I could say I won’t return but unfortunately I probably will due to convenience.

I really like Qdoba but the wait time is crazy. Now for the positive, I ordered nachos with the chips on the side. I love the option of having chips on the side because they do not get mushy and you can get a refill on chips if you run out(Dine in only). The ingredients were fresh and delicious.

Went in to get take out at what was a peak of the dinner rush. Even with how buy it was, the service was friendly and they were as speedy as they could be. The food was standard Qdoba fare, got my usual of a buritto bowl with all the fixings. This location seemed more generous with their cheese portions and that was all kinds of ok to me.

While I frequent this location regularly, and I enjoy the customer service and friendly workers. This review is about the owner. For three days now(100 degrees outside) the air conditioning has been broke and repeated attempts to notify the owner and general manager has gone unanswered. The building is filled with smoke and the workers are miserable and sweating all over everything! Certainly this is against some sort of law or code, right? Personally I find it pathetic that an owner would do that to his/her employees, and the GM would be fired were it my establishment.

I’ve been to this location several times and am always pleased with my choice. They are not stingy with portions here and the taste is consistent. A naked burrito with chicken, brown rice, black beans, pico, and guac is my go-to, and the food is always fresh here. The restaurant is always clean(even the bathrooms) and the service is quick.

This Qdoba is pretty good. The food is always good, service is decent, and the establishment is clean. I have nothing negative to say, but it isn’t 5 star worthy.

Clean restraunt as would be expected. For my first visit to this chain it’s about what one might expect. If you want a nice sit down Mexican meal you can def do better. But if it’s this or Taco Bell you will be much better off at qudoba Had steak burrito with caso sauce and corn chowder. It was pretty darn good and definitely filling. So for a good late night meal give it a try

The food and service here was great! I requested a to-go box of everything under the tuscan sun and they filled my box right on up! They aren’t stingy. And when I wanted more beans, I asked and they were very accommodating. When I forgot my chips and they were helping another customer they took a moment to shovel chips in a bag for me. It was delicious. Mmmm now I want to go get more…

I was never fond of Qdoba, but a coworker got me going for lunch ever so often on Tuesdays because it’s double points day and it just so happened we were leaving for out of town each week on Tuesdays so it worked out. The food is very fresh tasting each time and piping hot. I’m not a fan of ordering through the line like Qdobas are set up because it’s hard to hear and I feel pressured to make a decision, so I find it a lot better to order ahead online and then you also don’t have to stand in line. Everyone wins.

Always solid food. And the fun new soda machine! So many diet options now. Service was a pretty slow though. And I am 98% sure the guy making my food asked«What can I get started for you, sir?» I am a lady… not a sir.

I have always like Qdoba and this location is a nice one. It is always clean and there is plenty of parking. I have tried many of the menu items here and have never been disappointed. Of course I do have my favorites but nothing has been bad. I very often get a craft two because that way I get two things that I like instead of just one. I love the tacos with ground beef but I recently tried them with the pulled pork and they were awesome. Hard shell or soft shell you can’t go wrong! I always get hot salsa on whatever I order because it’s my favorite. I also love the 3 cheese nachos with either ground beef or chicken and I love the naked burritos with brown rice and ground beef or pulled pork. I almost always make it a queso burrito because everything is better with queso! Their guacamole is also amazing! It costs extra to get on your entrée but it’s worth it to me. I also sometimes get a side of chips and guacamole because I just can never get enough of it! I do find Qdoba on the expensive side but it is better than fast food by a mile so I don’t complain too much about that! I will keep on hitting Qdoba for my Mexican food cravings!

I haven’t had Qdoba in a while. I was happily surprised to find that they now offer wheat tortillas for their burritos. My chicken queso burrito with wheat tortillas was delicious.

The Queso is the only reason to set foot in this place. The tortillas are as gummy as grandma’s kisses. They stick to the roof of your mouth and in between your teeth. They do have the best 3 cheese queso in town. But thats’ about it. The service is average. They rush you as much as they can coming across as rude and ungrateful.

The by-now familiar Qdoba is still a new addition on the Poplar Level corridor serving Audubon Park, Germantown, & Camp Taylor. The street needed some new blood to get things going. It all adds up to a decent upgrade for residents and Audubon Hospital staff & visitors.
