Unlike the Panera around Louisville. This one was highly technical. When I first walked in with my boyfriend, I saw 2 stands where you can order yourself if you use credit cards /​panera card. VERY COOL. Plus you get the drinks by yourself! Free refills for me (: I always get the Ice green tea, my favorite!

Initially, I was like «oh self checkout kiosk, let’s try this!»…but it didn’t work out, it could could not «robot» tax at the end of my order.
I like everything is packaged for you to go and the idea of a stop n grab type Panera. Employees are very nice and if the kiosk worked, the two «human» register lines would not be nearly as long. I do love I can order my favorite sandwich bread in loaf form, have it cut and be out the door in minutes. I also got my favorite sandwich the bacon turkey bravo which never fails to be delicious due to the ingredients used to build it and a cup of the turkey chilly, due to the fall season. Both where very filling and I will be returning in due time~

This location was easy to get to right off the interstate. We were travelling through the area and wanted a quick healthy meal and Panera fit the bill. I’m guessing this location has a big lunch crowd as they have plenty of self-​serve kiosks to put in your order. Since we were there fairly late at night, the counter wasn’t busy at all so we ordered the traditional way.
Our order took a little bit of time to prepare but we really enjoyed the food. Everything was served in to-​go containers and although we started eating in the restaurant it was nice to get back on the road quickly with the second half of our food.

This place is hit and miss. Today the girl handling money at the drive thru was handling food too without washing hands. When I told her I didn’t want my order she got upset, defensive, and then took 10 minutes to give me a refund. This location also frequently runs out of bagels, parfaits, and doesn’t offer to make fresh ones. I’d rather go to the mall or Middletown shop.
I asked for a refund a few months ago when they tried to serve me a sandwich through the drive thru that I would have needed a spoon to eat. The sandwich was made with two uneven half slices of bread and had more Sauce on it than there was room on the bread to spread it. The wrapper was leaking through the bag!

Stuck in the house with the baby and no car seat… what a dilemma… Wait panera delivers now! Simple process to order and delivery is quick. I think there was a fee but in this situation it was worth having panera instead of pizza. Food was fresh and hot, very convenient, I’m a fan

Went back this morning, and the service was back on point. There was coffee, the food was prepared in a timely manner, and the servers were polite. I guess everyone has bad day’s A and my previous visit to this store happened to be on one of their worse. I’m glad that everything is going better over here as it is a very convenient location.

I love Panera Bread, but this one has got a BIG thumbs down from me.
I am all for the delivery and the kiosks to order on, but this is the third time my order has been wrong. They have been open for a while now, you would think they could handle it. I got the pick two: Caesar salad and a turkey sandwich. They gave me a Asain sesame salad and a ham sandwich. And NO, it was not someone else’s order. It had my name on it and there weren’t any other orders on the screen. On top of that, the kiosk wouldn’t let me get my discount on my rewards card. I don’t understand how they can screw up one lunch so badly. I’ll just stick to a different location from now on.
