Had the worst experience here and when I went inside to talk to the manager she gave me an attitude. She never corrected my issue, she never said«we can fix it» she just plain asked me what do you want me to do about it? Like are you kidding me lady?! Fix it. And the cashier was rude when I asked her is she could add a flurry she rolled her eyes and basically threw my card inside my car. Can’t stand this place anymore. I rather go to BK and it’s right next to it.

McDonalds coffee is the best. Woohoo babee! Fresh Ground McDonalds coffee! There is nothing better to get your heart rate going than a back cobblestone alley recon mission at 5:00 am to McDonalds. There are so many abandoned homes over here. The foreclosure crisis hit this place like a ton of bricks. McDonalds Café is high priced front for the same old slow ghetto dysfunctional service, but with a flat screen tv and wifi and outlets and nobody is braveheart enough to bring their laptop in there. And nobody has one. WTF? The West End of Louisville ‚(though technically not the hood according to my mother) is in fact… ground zero in the hood in of Louisville, Kentucky. Right next to Kroger. There ain’t no more ground zero than that. And this is the«Woohoo part.» This is the good part. It is clean… for«McDonalds.» But shoots… what have I done? What am I doing down here? I could be walking thru the gnarly part of Waiheu, Maui for some slow McDonalds service; but, I am in the West End of Broadway Louisville Kentucky – the tough side of town and it has a sweet McDonalds. But. «We The People» don’t fight with bamboo flutes like Maui out here, or with fists or sticks in colorado Springs; but with 9 mm. So, if you need to get all jacked up while you’re visiting the West End for some down home barbeque, McDonalds Café is without a doubt the best. It smells good ’cause they grind their beans! They make a fresh pot. It may take forever, but it’s worth it to listen to the authentic ghetto sports talk. And… hmm…you don’t see many white people down here, but I did see the ex-mayor of Louisville, and he is white. He was in there campaigning with his ex-crack head assistant too skinny to be a housewife and too skanky to be a secretary. There are real poor people«spanging» outside the door.
