Service here was lacking. I browsed throughout the store and only ended up with a few cards. I looked at candles where 2 store associates were standing and talking. I made my way up the register(less than 8 feet away and a clear line of sight from the 2 associates talking). I stood there for a solid 3 minutes with no one even helping me. I am pretty sure they looked at me, just no response?! Weird. Anyway they were apologetic, but really? As much as I like to blame rudeness on the«younger generation» these ladies were old enough to be my mom.

Tucked in behind the Skyline Chili and next to the Staples, this little Hallmark store in the Dixie Manor Shopping Center generally always has some little festive knick-knack that will be perfect for that person you’re not quite sure what to get. On a trip to find gifts for my boys to buy for their mother, we stopped in the weekend prior to Christmas day. We quickly found a couple UK themed items for their oldest brother as well as a couple fairly inexpensive(under $ 15) gifts for both their mother and grandmother. Easy peasy. Now if they could have found something for me, that would have been something. Of course, I would’ve taken them cleaning their room.
